Their online app is dysfunctional at the best. The early morning appointment online, which was pending my animal, had an emergency, and they accepted the appointment. Only to arrived only realizing that it was still pending rather than telling me Lefton Lobby without one word spoken to me for over 22 minutes, so I had left

I'm only in town for a short while and had quite a few vets let me know they don't take new patients. Derby City got me in quickly, due to a cancellation. This is the first vet I felt like listened to my concerns and gave me an actual medical diagnosis. I highly recommend this vet!!

The employees are very friendly. The vet and her assistant were very helpful. They answered all of my questions. I wasn’t rushed. The prices are reasonable.

Dr White is amazing with the animals as well as their owners. She is caring and explains things in a very easy manner. Her pricing is fair and she does all she can for her patients. I highly recommend Derby City!

I love Derby City Animal Hospital and all the ladies that work there! I can’t say thank you enough for making me and my fur babies feel like family and always providing excellent care!! Mrs Leanne and Dr. White went above and beyond to help me with my baby on a SUNDAY, they both reassured me that everything was going to be ok and got me in first thing Monday morning. I trust them with my babies and wouldn’t take them anywhere else, thank you all so much!! Tyson and Tater say thank you too ?

Derby City's Crossroads helped me feel more sane after another vet was dismissive and rude.I'd gotten a 3 month old puppy about 4 months ago from the humane society, and they recommended VCA Fairleigh as a vet. Every time I went there, VCA was insistent that I was missing vaccines, behind, or was missing something for the care of my puppy. This didn't feel right, so I went to Derby City's Crossroads and they reviewed my pup's files and helped me finish out the last round of shots for her, and told me that her chart from VCA didn't make sense to them either. They also gave me some cream for her eyes to clear up a lingering eye infection that VCA said was normal for dogs of her breed. I'm so grateful for Derby City and that they took the time to talk to me about what was happening with my dog, and helped me feel more sane. I'm absolutely going to keep going to them for any care in the future.

I have been taking my babies there for over 16 years. You couldn't ask for a better staff. Dr. White is the new doctor and she is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!
