Well, I used to enjoy going there for vaping needs, I enjoyed the loyalty discount and selection but the last two times I’ve went there the guy behind the counter was rude and got irritated by my lack of knowledge when selecting vape liquid, very dissatisfied and disappointed as I did enjoy going here. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

Have been a long time customer at this store props to the man behind the counter on christmas eve trying to help every one who walks through the door. Came in a little after 6pm tonight and he was more than happy to help me out even tho he had already closed up shop so props to you guys and your employees for going above and beyond

Great customer service and very helpful info. Honeslty just an all around good experience with the people that work there. There patient and they dont push you into anything you dont want but they will obviously give you some suggestions witch is nice

Derb E Cigs excel in the area of friendly, knowledgeable customer service.They offer a wide variety of e-juices.I wish they offered a larger variety as far as electronic devices goes.

My favorite vape shop. The guys that work in here are super helpful, knowledgeable and after only a couple times going in, they remembered the juice I get.

I didn't even know these guys were so close to me. I have been using disposable vapes for awhile now and finally upgraded to a rig. Joshua was great he was very informative and had great knowledge. I was just getting into it and didn't know much, but I walked out with a new rig and great knowledge of what I was doing. They really go the extra mile, and I will for sure be back!

This place is amazing. I've been using them for deliveries and they are always top notch. Definitely the best place I've ever used. Their customer service goes above and beyond. Wish I could give them 10 stars!

Both of the clerks in today were amazing.They helped me (a unknowledgeable about vape person) find something to try within my price range. They were also very helpful in showing how to operate the device and gave me troubleshooting solutions to apparent common problems.They did all that while recommending an option that was well within my budget and I know when, not if, I decided to spend more money on vaping I'll be going back to this specific location.The more senior clerk was training well by giving the newer clerk the freedom to speak while giving interjections when he was more knowledgeable from experience.If any management happens to see this I would speak highly of both clerks as they created a comfortable and knowledgeable environment.
