I tried this business for the first time the other day. I originally went to the Middletown location. The male employee here was such a breath of fresh air. Very friendly, willing to go above and beyond to help since what I was looking for was out of stock at this location but he made numerous calls to other locations in hopes of finding what I wanted. I just can't say enough about how nice it was to have an interaction with an employee that was so outgoing. Thank you for all your help and a big applause to the person that hires and trains the employees because I had to travel to another location a little further away but again, everyone at the Poplar Level Rd. location was so wonderful to interact with. They were a little busy but they just took their time with each guest and never missed a beat and then as walking out the door after my purchase every employee said "thank you and have a good day" The price is about the norm I have paid at other places but not complaining. I will say, I have never wrote a review like this but it made such a lasting impression I just had to let everyone know.

Been going here for I wanna say over 5 years now. Only place I go. Staff at the poplar lvl store and new Lagrange are great (only 2 I've been to), have always been happy with the mods and tanks they've recommended (I'm not one to buy a new one every month, I use em till I can't and they've all been great!Thanks for all the help you all!

Image an online order and they deliver d to my house, absolutely amazing. The kid who brought my stuff was super friendly and kind. I feel like it's hard to find a vape shop that actually has decent stuff in stock and they have a pretty decent selection.

Purchased a vape from another location that turned out not to be what I wanted. brought it back and had no trouble returning it for one that better fit my needs. Staff was super helpful, despite being there 15 minutes before close. Very solid team.
