This place sucks, we went there last night after driving 45 miles and 3 minutes late an emp was about to exit the my husband ask if we could pick up 6 tanks of oxygen and the employee replied no I just clocked out. Well you could sure feel the compassion with that employee. So much for this business. It doesn’t seem like they need my business.

Storrie replaced an oxygen machine in our home. He was polite and kind. He took time to explain how the new device works. This young man had excellent communication skills.

Just a few hours ago I had the pleasure of meeting and watching a professional at work. John Estep was absolutely wonderful!!!. He delivered and set up a trapeze bar for my mother in law and when he got there the elevator was out and he had to take it up six flights of stairs.I felt bad that it happened but he had a pleasant attitude the whole time.I really appreciate his outstanding customer service..Thanks John

They have the worst customer service you can never get a person on the phone. I have oxygen with them since September of 2022 I have never been able to get supplies for that or my breathing machine and the representatives are no better because they don't call when they're supposed to or check on anything with the customer when there are complaints.

Dasco bought my previous cpap supplier - NAPS. I went from good, reliable customer service at NAPS to a place that doesn't answer their phone. I've called multiple times over that last 2 weeks to get supplies. I called my Drs. office to explain the issue, they sent them all my info, cell, & Drs. order. I shouldn't have to take time off from work to go in person, but now that I'm out of supplies, I don't have a choice!!Please answer your phone, my first impression is frustration, added stress & so much wasted time. I want to leave a better review because in the past Dasco has done a great job in all aspects. But as of late they're sorely lacking. I can get over having to wait on the phone, what bothers me the most is the fact that more than twice now our deliveries have been canceled without any heads up whatsoever. My grandmother is on air 247 as these are her later years and we have a lot of doctors appointments, hence the need to make sure tank/supply exchanges happen. TWICE in less than a month the driver has cancelled on us without a heads up. And the csr(super sweet lady) had to let me know I could go to Louisville and pick up the supplies if I wanted. Which is a bit awful for her to even have to mention. At one time they were my favorite for home supply care. We're talking to her doctors this Friday about getting another supplier.

I had an issue with my concentrator after hours. I called ashley who immediately answered the call. ashley arranged for a new concentrator to be delivered that night. tay arrived 45 minutes later and literally saved the day! thank you Ashley and tay for your professional and friendly service.barry

If I could rate lower than 5 star I would. This family own company customer is horrible. I have tried calling Dasco several times in the past week. I am put on hold for a hour and a half then someone intentionally hangs up phone. I am shock that this a medical supplier and they could care less about patient a after they originally put in your equipment. My doctor made this choice. I will be going to another medical supplier

These folks are wonderful to deal with. Excellent customer service. They brought me a tank and cart to my hospital room prior to being released. After I got home they delivered extras late night. Great folks.
