Well I'm just going to say this and I think it is the best way to describe it.. I don't kno if anyone else feels like I do whenever you go to pawn shops and I mean I don't like it because they always think you're some kind of druggie or something else because of the way you are talked to or the way you get looked at or just plain think that they can say any price and you will take it and I don't think it's Kool or professional at all!! but I will say that I have been to a few different one's and I promise you that Dan's is the best pawn shop in the Louisville area and I will tell the world that they are and I will just say that they must be doing something right because they have been there for HOOOOOOW long?. But this is my opinion and I am just one person and that's all I can say is go and see for yourself and I bet you are going to say the same thing or something close to it . And they are so nice and polite it's like you have to say something about it because it's not like that everywhere else but I just wanted to say thank you for being honest and nice ?

CAN YOU SAY EVERYONE PREPARE FOR A CRASH LANDING?? This place is the worst, people are struggling to feed their children and they lowball you - OHH UNLESS YOU SELL - that is for 80% less than it's worth. And you come in the next week, to make your payment on the other stuff you pawned, guess who's wearing Your Wedding Ring? Yep, the cashier - .. I always have good times in there, I have dealt with multiple people and they have all been nice and very perfessional. They are right on with prices they don't low ball u, at least I have never gotten low balled by them. They have paid the most for item I have taken in compared to all the other places I have been to. I love this place and I will continue to come here untill they close down.. The only thing tht needs to b updated there is their hours times. On Saturdays they are opened 10am-2pm not 6 is what I have been told other then tht I have Zero Complaints to make Here

The pawnshop is awesome great staff very friendly and very honest. I would definitely recommend any one to go to this pawn shop. Ive been going here for a number of years now. We love coming in and looking through the jewelry! You can always find a few things you just gotta have! They are Family owned and just amazing how helpful they are to us. Do not go there ,I was a loyal customer, never lost items always picked items up went in pawn paint sprayers and gold chain over 4,000 $ of stuff same items I pawn maybe 6 times a year buy different material or pay my help until checks come from job the owner wouldn't let employee give me the 600$ I always pawn for tried cut it in half ,after 3 years being a loyal customer very sad
