I really hate to leave negative reviews but this is my experience with thus company. I called to get my car towed to a well known auto shop (Springdale automotive) paid $150...Was onmy way out of town when I got a call from them saving they dropped the car off but couldn't find the drop box for the keys so they left my car keys on my tires. ... my car doors open when the keys are nearby so obviously that meant anyone could get into my car. So I decided to head back to town to go get my keys. I get to the auto shop and I see that they dropped the car off at the gate entrance of the storage lot on the side of the road. 20ft from that lot is the entrance of the service center with the drop box for keys with no gate!!! The driver never checked he simply dripped the car in the wrong spot. I called the company telling them that it was dropped in the wrong spot and that the key drop box was right there. The operator was so dismissive and not empathetic at all. I just had to drive over 30miles back to see they dropped the car in the wrong spot obviously the driver lied about looking for a drop box. I let the situation go only to be called by the mechanic the next day saying that I will now be charged by them to move the car into the service lot. i called the towing company trying to see if they could send someone there to help and once again the operator person was so dismissive and rude about the situation not once did he take any accountability all he wanted to do was get me off the phone..... Now I have to spend another 100 to get the car moved 20ft! The way I was treated was not fair at all and for such a company with high ratings I am very surprised the operator was so dismissive. .. if you have specific requests on where you want your car dropped please note this might not be the company for you. They will drop your car off anywhere and claim it is on the property and expect you to just agree with their reasoning behind it...very disappointed!

Daltons Towing &Recovery was quick and efficient. They got to us in under 90 minutes and towed our car to the location in under 20 minutes. Definitely recommend them and would use them again!
