I recently had the opportunity to speak with the owner Anne Dages regarding an issue I had at one of her stores. She was so responsive and clearly cared about my experience as a customer of this long time family owned business. That is something you don’t often get at a big box store. Thank you Anne. This store is a shining example of why it’s so great to shop at a locally owned business. We go here a lot for small projects like painting doors or touching up trim and we always get tons of advice from Cory or his staff. I can’t buy something as small as an $8 paint roller without him excitedly making sure I know how to clean it properly so it lasts a long time.
Now we have a big project we’re working on and from their designer helping us pick a proper color palette that we like or Cory giving us helpful tips to make our lives easier I always leave the store with a huge boost of confidence in my mostly novice painting skills. I can’t imagine shopping anywhere else for paint.

Not really very happy about my experience here. Not real helpful. Maybe they cater to contractors instead of just regular folks. I just moved into a new house from out of town and we're doing lots of painting..I'll buy from Home Depot in future.

Excellent customer service and fair prices. This is a Benjamin Moore store, which is the preferred paint of most of the painters I have worked with.
