Do yourself a favor and use another pharmacy. This one is the worse! Nobody in there cares about anything and the pharmacy side is constantly closing before the end of the day(6pm). Today was the third time that I have driven there to pick up medicine and that pharmacy has been closed due to shortstaff.

Have literally been on hold with the pharmacy for over an hour and 20 minutes and had to drop for my next work meeting. Very frustrating to just ask a simple question about a prescription that is saying it isn't eligible for refill online. Called my doctor and have to handle prescriptions through my pharmacy. And then my pharmacy is 0 help online and doesnt answer the phone after almost an hour and a half? Ridiculous.

Like many others, I have been waiting a week+ to get a prescription filled that’s usually ready within a day or two. Tried calling a few times with no answer. Then I went to the store in-person and saw a sign stating the pharmacy is closed due to short staff. The order has been “in process” the entire time so there is no easy way to transfer to another location. In fact, I had to call CVS support and sat on the phone for longer than an hour trying to get the prescription transferred.If you’re going to close the pharmacy, don't tell customers their prescriptions are ready to be filled in the app just to have them sit in limbo indefinitely. Sorry to all the people waiting on CRUCIAL medication due to lack of communication/transparency!

This store is the WORST! 20 minutes on hold with NO ANSWER BY ANY HUMAN. I’ve had a NEW prescription “in process”For 7 days with no communication about WHY. Tried calling three times in the last week and NO one answers the phone. It does not matter what time of day. All of my Rx will be transferred to competitor. Don’t waste your time especially if you have critical medications. Thankfully mine isn’t but this isn’t the first time they have done this…it seems to be their way of doing business.

Bad - really bad! I don’t know what is going on at this location but I have had a prescription on order for two weeks and the app says the order is being processed. Check back and it says cancelled. Try to calm and ask - no answer at all. Go to store and it says pharmacy is closed. Go back next day and it says drive thru is closed must go in. I’m a bilateral amputee, going in was not an option at that moment. When you do go in.. meds not ready. Wait in line and 1 hour later, finally it’s ready. Just wow! Serious shortage of employees and pharmacists at this location…. Why?

Today was my 4th visit to this location and each time I think what a great job the staff does even though they are overwhelmed with customers. Today at noon I picked up my prescription and the other items to check out at front cashier..both ladies were very kind and helpful with extremely long lines waiting..thanks to the staff that shows up and does great job

HORRIBLE. My elderly mother has prescriptions here. This is the 4th day the pharmacy had been closed. My mother is without meds and her health is failing. We can't transfer meds, because any transferring pharmacy needs to talk to someone. It is a serious concern.

The Pharmacy is unprofessional, they were shut down for two consecutive days, prescriptions were in process status so that no other pharmacy could transfer them. When the location was finally open they were extermly rude. I think the technicians name was Carrie but she shouted out the name of my medication because she was frustrated because they had a long line. They were rude and unprofessional I will be transferring.

Had a manager up front today "greeting" people who was legitimately one of the rudest people I've spoken to in a very long time. Acted like it was a huge inconvenience when I asked a question and audibly sighed at me for no reason. I get that the service industry isn't always fun, but as someone who's been doing it for years, I can honestly say that I've never sighed at someone or talked down to them for asking me to do my job. Will not be coming back to this location ever again. I'm also not someone who ever leaves reviews, so yeah, was a pretty terrible experience overall.

AVOID! No pharmacist for five of the last seven days. That’s understandable, staff shortages happen, but they don’t update their phone system when the pharmacy is supposed to be open and isn’t. They also don’t answer the main phone line either, so you have to visit to find this out. And they will flag your scripts as “in process”, and then you can’t move them to a better location. It’s obvious that no one who works here gives a $#71. Save yourself the trouble and choose a different location.

This place is a joke! Hours posted state they are open most days until 6. However, they either close off the pharmacy inside and make all their customers wait in a long drive through line or close the drive through and make them wait in a long line inside. It's unfortunate that insurance companies are corrupt and basically force people to use this pharmacy.

Its been almost 24 hours since the doctor put my script in for my covid 19 medicine, no answer when i checked to see if its ready... and come to find out when my dad got there it isnt because of "staffing issues".

The pharmacy staff needs some bedside manner! The representative who answered the phone had an attitude from the second she picked up. Then I was treated like a criminal when I needed to fill my prescription a day earlier than it was supposed to be filled. After being awake for over 24 hours because I have been out of this medicine and not able to sleep. Have some humanity maybe?

I stopped in for gum and mints. I used self check out and chose not to bag since it was 2 small items. The cashier had to come over to clear my purchase and then told me she had to see the items I had purchased. I took them out of my purse held them in my hand and then she proceeds to start leaning over looking in my purse asking what things were. Are you kidding me? Gtfo if you think I owe you any explanation when I bought $6 worth of gum.

The lady at register got smart with customer. Saturday is posted on the door a 10am opening hours. However site says 8. Had prescription that ran out 2 days ago. Showed nasty lady the hours and she got worse. Not a place to go!
