So why one star. Simply so rude and not professional. The employee has a sighn take a chill or something like that. Customer doesn't have to do taht. So sorry that another people need to deal with this farmacy i don't have too, i vill never be back. Thanks.

I walked in to get a flu shot. I did not have an appointment. No one was waiting and was asked to come back at 330-4pm. I went to car and made next appointment for 12:15 the exact time it was. Walked back in told them now I have appointment. They were not happy. Been waiting 20 plus min for my appointment...I get they are busy but appointment was made for service they provide.
Not very professional. Would recommend going somewhere else.
The male pharmacist who saw me and gave me my shot was cool.
Photo is person who would not take me as a walk in and wanted me to come back. Very unprofessional.

Pharmacy has been great for me. Can't remember the Dr's name, but he was very helpful, as the staff. Come in, be ready and prepared. They are very busy so just be prepared to get in and out. They've been transparent about pricing, and what's available to me. I was able to get caught up on a couple shots, as well as pick up my prescription all relatively quickly. The shots were randomly added as my insurance covered it. The Doctor on that day was great. Can't remember his name, my apologies, but both shots went smoothly, and paid for my prescription and got out. It's in a very busy intersection, other than that, right by highway. This CVS is relatively new and it's nice to have competition with Walgreen and Kroger Pharmacy that works with my insurance.

This was actually my first time going to this CVS. I will continue to go here. It’s less than 5 minutes from where I live. The staff were helpful. The lady that helped me was awesome. She explained the CVS member plan and about the coupons and when and how to use them to get the most for your money.

I find it totally disrespectful for the pharmacist to be the worker at the drive-through window line at the pharmacy here at CVS. It’s crazy they think that texting on their phone while a customer is at the window waiting is more important than filling a prescription or giving a customer their prescription that they have been waiting on for over a minute and a half.

Ciera went above and beyond helping with my prescription pickup. They were busy and she balanced speed with connection and thorough service. I'm glad this is my CVS.

Horrible pharmacy service. Weeks to get things filled, nobody answers the phone or ever calls back, and messages and requests are ignored.

I bought a blood pressure measuring machine for my mother. We realized that you measured it wrong. Then I measured it even though I am not a blood pressure patient. It measured a strange 17.9. Then I brought it back to refund it. They received a refund. They deposited the money into my account. In the evening they deducted the same fee from my account again. Even though I went 10 minutes earlier than the time stated on the internet, they did not let me in and said they were closed. I will come all the way back tomorrow and ask about this incident. and I will never use this place again.

Rude employee receiving breakfast from food delivery at 10 in the morning. Has a horrible look on his face and doesn't greet customers. His shirt is also way too tight and ripped in the back. If you want horrible customer service come to this location.
