I find it totally disrespectful for the pharmacist to be the worker at the drive-through window line at the pharmacy here at CVS. It’s crazy they think that texting on their phone while a customer is at the window waiting is more important than filling a prescription or giving a customer their prescription that they have been waiting on for over a minute and a half.

Ciera went above and beyond helping with my prescription pickup. They were busy and she balanced speed with connection and thorough service. I'm glad this is my CVS.

Horrible pharmacy service. Weeks to get things filled, nobody answers the phone or ever calls back, and messages and requests are ignored.

I bought a blood pressure measuring machine for my mother. We realized that you measured it wrong. Then I measured it even though I am not a blood pressure patient. It measured a strange 17.9. Then I brought it back to refund it. They received a refund. They deposited the money into my account. In the evening they deducted the same fee from my account again. Even though I went 10 minutes earlier than the time stated on the internet, they did not let me in and said they were closed. I will come all the way back tomorrow and ask about this incident. and I will never use this place again.

Rude employee receiving breakfast from food delivery at 10 in the morning. Has a horrible look on his face and doesn't greet customers. His shirt is also way too tight and ripped in the back. If you want horrible customer service come to this location.

Update the store hours on the website. New hours posted on the store say closed on Saturday and Sunday but online it says otherwise.

this is the worse pharmacy i’ve ever used. it took me over 2 weeks to receive my first prescription. the employees are nice but you can tell they’re under staffed under paid and over whelmed. i really hope the staff comes together to unionize and create a better place, but until then CVS do better. treat your employees right and maybe you wouldn’t have so many 1 star reviews ??♀️

Do yourself a favor and use another pharmacy. This one is the worse! Nobody in there cares about anything and the pharmacy side is constantly closing before the end of the day(6pm). Today was the third time that I have driven there to pick up medicine and that pharmacy has been closed due to shortstaff.

This is the worst pharmacy I been too, it toke 4 days to refill my prescription. The staff is very rude when you call specially the pharmacy’s. They need a new pharmacist she is slow, rude and unprofessional.
