I came to tbis CVS at 11:36pm on 7/30/25 because im currently having a diabetic crisis and need a blood glucose monitor to check my levels and the internet said they close at misnigjt but the store says they close at 11 so now i am rushing to meijer and j hope i can get my monitor there sl i dont have to go to the hospital and if i die it will be this cvs' fault

I have experienced good & bad service at Pharmacies in the Louisville area. However the CVS on Moser Rd makes an effort to give good customer service. I value greatly that they are Open everyday of the week.

I’ve had the best experience with this pharmacy. There is so much they cannot control, but when it comes to working with customers to get them their medication in a timely manner and not letting them pay a ridiculous price, they do a great job. They spent 45 minutes trying to get a coupon to go through for me, saving me hundreds of dollars. Other CVS pharmacies have given me the run around, taken weeks to get me my meds, and are so short staffed they can barely serve their customers. This pharmacy has been such a different experience. Be respectful and kind and they will take care of you.

Wanted to update my review to be fair. While I do think this pharmacy has serious issues that need to be addressed, I am tacking a star back on as I was able to have a good discussion with the regional leader who is looking into addressing some of my concerns. When I filed a complaint, I assumed it would just go nowhere, but I am happy to say that someone at least cared enough to call me back and listen. Hopefully service here can improve as the store is in a convenient location for my neighborhood and I would love to give it another chance, but will probably still steer clear for awhile.

This Pharmacy has the worst customer service I have ever seen, not only for CVS locations, but any pharmacy. I have been coming here for about 6 months because I figured maybe every time I came in they were having a bad day, so I kept giving them chances. They never have any answers to your questions and don’t even do the bare minimum when it comes to customer satisfaction, let alone going “above and beyond”. They won’t alert you when your medication is out of stock, but still send you a message that your medication is ready for pick up. When I ask Why? I never get a straight answer. I was told maybe I should try going to Target by the lady that was going to ring me up in the Pharmacy. Like what?? When I asked if they could call other CVS in the area to make sure they had the medication before calling my doctor to transfer the prescription I was told “No, you’re going to have to figure it out!” They have zero sympathy or empathy. Listen to the other reviews and beware….Just go ANYWHERE else.

We switched to this CVS from Walgreens and so far we have been very impressed with the efficiency of this pharmacy. We have received our son’s medication almost immediately and will continue going here. Thank you, CVS!

I was there at 5:57 and the Pharmacy was closing and they wouldn’t let me get my wife’s medication. The closing hour was 6:00pm. I even asked and they said come back tomorrow. What has happened to customer service. It’s lost and that is sad. My wife suffered all thru the night just so you could close before the closing time. If I had the option I would have given - 5 stars

Their 2 star rating average of 168 reviews says it all. I will drive across town to avoid this store. The pharmacy staff are argumentative and unprofessional.

This is the WORST pharmacy on the planet. EVERY time I call and check to make sure my prescription is ready, they tell me it is and when I get there, it’s not. It has happened 4 times now. They don’t even answer the phone anymore, you have to leave a voicemail and they never call back. They randomly close the drive thru window and sometimes the entire pharmacy all together. If they can’t staff the place, they need to close it. There are plenty of other pharmacies.

The staff is not great. Joshua does not greet the customers, Joshua is rude and condescending when asked questions. Joshua does not thank the customers.
