Why advertise a 24 hour availability if you’re going to have the doors locked and nobody can come in? I need medicine for my son and there are very few stores open 24 hours- now I have to drive almost an hour to get to another location

I have been going to this store for 27 years and it used to be wonderful. Not so anymore. Pains meds were called in the day before the surgery. My daughter went to drive through after my surgery, but when we got home, no pain meds. We went back to the store and were told they were on back order. I had just had general anesthesia and was still somewhat groggy. I asked when were they going to get around telling me. I was very upset. They started laughing at me and one girl was rolling her eyes. They made no effort at all to help me. I was glad my daughter was there, because someone else was a witness to how I was being treated. . As I walked away someone shouted, have a good day which caused more laughter. I spoke to the manager who was wonderful and I also called the main office customer support. They were appalled as well. Assured me that this would be looked into. The employees were very bold and seemed to have no worries at all about repercussions for their actions The most unprofessional people that I have ever seen. Beware of trusting them to give you the correct medications. It is a dangerous and rude place.

Unfortunately my doctor called prescriptions in to this pathetic Bardstown Road CVS where customers are guaranteed to wait though there always seems to be 8 frowning pharmacy staff hanging around trying to avoid you. I recall going to the drive-thru on a Friday evening and being completely ignored though plainly seen by employees inside scurrying to avoid eye contact. They could have had the courtesy to put a note on the window "We're on break" or "Get lost, loser" which is the clear message you get.

Worst CVS ever. Says they’re open 24 hours but you drive up to a home printed sign that they’ve “closed early and will reopen tomorrow. Unbelievable and such a waste of time. Don’t post that you’re open 24 hours and then do this. It’s intentionally misleading. All the signs are lit up. They keep all the lights in the store on and the second set of doors wide open. But the most exterior door is just locked.

Store is supose to be a 24 hour store. But they hang up these signs a lot. This time I took pictures. Don't call yourself 24 hours if you only mean some days.

Small amount of product, not super well stocked, and team member checking us out only spoke to us to say the basic things “cvs card, receipt” etc.

I wish i had zero star
Absolutely poor customer service i had pick up prescription i already called and confirm
When i go for pick up the told me its not ready with for 15 minutes
I with 1 hour and still not ready ??

Pharmacy staff prefer to spread COVID inside their store than walk across the aisle— ordered COVID 19 tests for pickup and for extra precautions and safety, tried to pick them up in the drive thru pharmacy window. Two pharmacy staff were not helpful and insisted I have to go to the front to check out. No option for curbside or any other COVID conscious pickup. In the end, I had to step inside the store and the front counter pickup was as simple as stating my name.. no ringing up. Safer alternatives could have been: keep COVID tests as pharmacy items available for drive thru, walk to the front and bring the order for COVID tests to the drive thru window, or offer curbside pickup for immune compromised and COVID positive customers trying to access resources and care.

This is the nastiest most disgusting CVS pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I literally just got done recording a conversation with a very nasty female pharmacist. The other Cvs told me to transfer a prescription, but she couldn’t even manage to do that. She outright refused for no reason other than just for the sake of being nasty. That’s what the Cvs does. It’s their MO. Just cancel any prescriptions you have here and go somewhere- ANYWHERE else. I’ll be filing complaints. Something needs to change here they all need to be fired. They are all rotten.
