I'm glad we went to this CVS in Louisville. My mom received her vaccines on time without any long wait! Pharmacist and Pharmacy Techs were really helpful and informative !

I have been going to this location almost exclusively for over a decade. I have never had a problem untill the past month. There is absolutly NO WAY to call in to check on your perscriptions anymore. The only way to reach them is to PHYSICALLY GO TO THE STORE! Did they just uninvent land lines when I wasn't looking!? Part of the reason I go here is because it's in walking distance from my house, but just the other day I had to go back THREE TIMES IN THE SAME DAY. Once was right before lunch, so they said come back at 2, so I decided to wait until almost 3 to go back, but it still wasn't ready so I left to then come back the THIRD TIME for it to finally be ready!!! This entire situation could have been easily avoid if I could have MADE A SINGLE PHONE CALL, but you no longer can!? If this isn't adressed shortly, I guess I will switch to the Walgreens or Kroger, which is an extra 10 minute walk (or a minute by car) for anyone else that is considering switching pharmacies in the area. To be clear, I have never had an issue with the staff, so I really hope this can be resolved. If not, I will no longer be a customer and if I have to switch pharmacies I will not be back ever again.

I've been using this pharmacy for several years, and I've only had positive experiences. I usually pick up my prescriptions through the drive thru. If I call and leave a message, my call is returned quickly. Everyone I've interacted with here has been great!

It's not the staff. It's the customers. They're entitled, selfish, and rude. They sit in the drive thru waiting for prescriptions when theyre not ready instead of pulling around and parking and waiting till it's ready. It blocks the entire drive thru up. It's absolutely rude. I've seen them throw big hissy fits in the store absuing the staff. It impacts the staff obviously but also the other customers present. I was physically scared one day of another customer and how insane they were being. They werent asked to leave or anything. At what point is the customer not right? Why do a few people get to ruin stuff for everyone? It isn't acceptable and it's honestly a liability for CVS. Currently finding a new pharmacy. There has to be something better. We need to start requiring better. I don't let my 2yr old act as bad as some of these grown people. I can't believe they keep staff at all. They're always short staffed and i can see why. It isn't ok to treat people like garbage just because they are doing a job for you. This whole area of town is terrible. A bunch of old, rich, entitled people. I guess money doesn't buy human decency. Be better.

I used to be a customer and today is a reminder of why I left. 45 minutes later airing for a virtual visit only to have a voicemail left on a family members phones who lives 4.5 hour away stating we missed out appointment. No wonder the google rating is 2.5

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I’ve been too. Everyone I know that has used them said the same. They never answer the phone. The kids that are running the place are clearly overwhelmed. Spare yourself the trouble.

After many problems at another CVS pharmacy, I transferred my prescriptions to this location and I’ve had all good experiences over the last year. Highly recommended.

This place really is a joke. I am simply tired of this place . I really mad that this pharmacy is paired with my insurance. They NEVER an answer the phone, you get too many inaccurate calls/texts about prescriptions refills you never requested. I have 90 supply medications and all of a sudden they put them to 30 days to get me to pay for them. The technician are rude and are overworked.

I have been going to CVS on Limekiln for years and the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The store is always very clean.
