After many problems at another CVS pharmacy, I transferred my prescriptions to this location and I’ve had all good experiences over the last year. Highly recommended.

This place really is a joke. I am simply tired of this place . I really mad that this pharmacy is paired with my insurance. They NEVER an answer the phone, you get too many inaccurate calls/texts about prescriptions refills you never requested. I have 90 supply medications and all of a sudden they put them to 30 days to get me to pay for them. The technician are rude and are overworked.

I have been going to CVS on Limekiln for years and the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The store is always very clean.

Called to have prescription refilled and the lady that answered was very rude. The lady who answered acted like I was a bother to her. I have had other meds refilled but never had to talk to them. I was in shock also they close early on Saturday night. Never seen a pharmacy close as early as they do!

I have never in my life had worst customer service. The pharmacist is so rude and unprofessional. They close earlier than what’s listed online. Awful. Never using them again.

Something has happened here. New staff seems incompetent and rude. Never seem to have basic prescriptions In stock. After several months I give up, taking prescriptions elsewhere

By far, the absolute worst CVS pharmacy due to it's pharmacy manager. Been going to this CVS for years with no problems. The Manager refused to fill my Rx blaming my insurance company. I told her I wanted to pay cash for my Rx because this has been going on for weeks. She said I could not pay for my Rx. Asked why...she said it was her choice. My surgeon absolutely Furious. She needs to be removed from Mgmt at minimum if not fired. Moving to a friendly CVS in Middletown Ky.

This location refuses services to transgender people. They will jerk you around for weeks but they will not let you fill prescriptions it’s the company policy they are allowing discrimination

Just got off the phone with a pharmacist, who put us on "hold," as we heard the phone slam down and staff stated, "I've already heard from them 3 F*ing times, and we've gotten their fax 3 F*ing times, Im sick of it." and proceeded to hop back on the phone and say "it isn't ready yet, maybe after lunch."Yes, we did reach out 3 separate times, to ensure that they had received the script that we were told early in the morning was not being seen by their system.Overall, very poor service, as we were calling from a provider's office.It is very unfortunate as we should all be working together in the medical field to establish good communication and service to those that need it.

Always enjoyed shopping and browsing here a few years ago. Sadly it has succumbed to the pressures of the times. The great variety in selection of merchandise is just not there now. It still will fill the bill for a lot of needs, but I used to fill my cart with a lot of things I didn't know I needed but actually found I wanted. Sadly not now. However the store was clean and the staff friendly.
