Avoid this location. They literally don't care if you die. I would give it a 0 stars if I could.I had a cardiac ablation on Friday and a recent history of a pulmonary embolism so it's absolutely vital that I stay on my blood thinners. When my regular CVS ran out of stock, they did a check and found that this CVS had the name brand in stock. Now, my insurance company will let me substitute when it's a backorder situation. I know this because I've done it with this exact medication. It's at the pharmacists discretion to fill the order even if it's a generic vs name brand. I know this because my regular pharmacist has done this for me.But will the pharmacist on Antle Drive help me prevent a stroke or heart attack and not die knowing my recent history even after a call from my pharmacist who also works for CVS and surely knows their company policies?Nope. She literally didn't care and insisted that not only my doctor write another prescription but that it had to specify that it could only be the name brand... at 430 pm when my doctor isn't around to do that and I've literally chased this problem for a couple of days trying to get an answer on it.So essentially, if anything happens to me because someone didn't care about the fact that it is literally a life saving medication that she had the discretion to do something about, my family already had the details necessary for the lawyer. For those who don't know, blood thinners do not stay long in the body. Missing doses is therfore potentially fatal and because of CVS on Antle Drive, I don't have any option at this point but hope I don't die. (Kroger and Meijer also out of stock)

Wee went there for COVID and flu vaccines. Megan helped us. She was super accommodating for us. My mother is 92 and it was nice to have such an empathetic young lady wait on us.

Shockingly bad pharmacy. They close early all the time without letting people know.

My fiance really likes this pharmacy. They seem to really have it together which is rare these days. We are grateful for them.

Despite all the negative reviews, I've never once had a bad experience at this location. I get my prescriptions filled here regularly and all the employees I've interacted with have been very kind and helpful. The only reason I'm putting 4/5 stars is due to the shortage of staff and as a result, long wait times.

Service has always been fine, but the lines are always super long for the pharmacy. Doesn’t matter what time of day you go. It’s not unusual to have more than five cars ahead of you in the drive thru. Can’t switch to another pharmacy due to insurance.

They are usually fine. The auto refill is impossible to stop even after talking with pharmacist. Pharmacy was closed over weekend with no notice or reason given not sure what to do to pick up meds.

Every time I speak with someone here they are the definition of nasty. They cut you off mid sentence and then get mad when you explain that wasn’t even your question. They act like they have no time for you, which I understand they are busy, just like every other medical professional but chances are if you aren’t good with people you shouldn’t be in the medical field and their pharmacists could use a reminder of that.

We are going to go ahead and move both my husband and I to a new pharmacy. The person who checked us out last time we were there was very rude to me. I was with my husband who said to give him the benefit of the doubt because it was busy. Then today my husband was there alone and he was rude to him again. Treated him like he couldn't be bothered to help him, like he was annoying him and would cut him off when he was asking him questions. I couldn't imagine how he must treat older people who need more help with insurance or instruction. This man should not be working with the public.

This place is a joke. Never has any medications you need. Won’t let you come inside anymore for pharmacy so the line for drive thru is a mile long. Rude and hangs up on you. 10/10 don’t recommend.

CVS is the preferred pharmacy for my insurance. That's the reason I started having things sent to them. Every time my Dr, Dentist, or the hospital called something in for me they claim they never received it. I will no longer be using this CVS. I would rather pay a little more and go through Walgreens were they can magically receive my called in medication. I am also calling my insurance and telling them why I will no longer be using their preferred provider. Hopefully after enough people do that my insurance will get a more reliable preferred provider.
