This place sucks the worst customer service of all time
I purchased a over the counter medication, and when I took it home, there was no product on the box I went to return the product and they refused bc I didn't have. My receipt even tho the manager was there that day when I purchased the product
I had to call customer service to get my receipt witch took me over an hr of my time
I WILL NEVER COME TO SHOP AT THE PLACE AGAIN EVER...

Not very professional when a pharmacy employee snatches a paper out of your hand. The other employee who witnessed it was as shocked as I was.

If I could give zero stars I would, seriously standing here and no one acknowledges anyone. They are rude and very unhelpful. There is only one other person so it’s not crazy busy. At least acknowledge people and be kind.

They have one particular male assistant manager at the Antle drive location who has a anger problem. I have witnessed him yell at a employee, customer and he yelled at me twice!
I complained twice to different store managers and to corporate and it doesn't stop. They enable his behavior. Don't shop there.

Terrible experience. Pharmacy workers are rude and awful to their customers. Would never return. Hope they shut this place down forever and the pharmacy technicians go unemployed forever

This CVS is incredibly frustrating to use. They are always out of medication, unhelpful in getting updates, and the CVS phone system is basically a labyrinth to try to talk to a real person. It's almost as if they don't want to be in business.
I haven't had a positive experience here in over 2 years. I'm done with them.

Showed up when they "open" at 0800 and the doors were locked, stood there for a few minutes thinking someone would open up the store during their posted hours, but it didn't happen. A couple other potential customers also showed up during that time and left. Good thing there is a Walgreens directly across the street to provide the people in this area a service that CVS doesn't.

I really don't know what has happened at this location. I have been using them for about four years now and my experience today was just awful. They are absolutely the rudest people on the planet. It's like they hate themselves or the job so much that they just can't be anything other than unprofessional. Take your money anywhere else for a better experience.

The pharmacy is difficult to reach by phone and their prompts are not easy to navigate. The pharmacy techs and pharmacists at this CVS are among some of the most unprofessional and rude people I‘ve ever dealt with.

Avoid this location. They literally don't care if you die. I would give it a 0 stars if I could.I had a cardiac ablation on Friday and a recent history of a pulmonary embolism so it's absolutely vital that I stay on my blood thinners.When my regular CVS ran out of stock, they did a check and found that this CVS had the name brand in stock. Now, my insurance company will let me substitute when it's a backorder situation. I know this because I've done it with this exact medication. It's at the pharmacists discretion to fill the order even if it's a generic vs name brand. I know this because my regular pharmacist has done this for me.But will the pharmacist on Antle Drive help me prevent a stroke or heart attack and not die knowing my recent history even after a call from my pharmacist who also works for CVS and surely knows their company policies?Nope. She literally didn't care and insisted that not only my doctor write another prescription but that it had to specify that it could only be the name brand... at 430 pm when my doctor isn't around to do that and I've literally chased this problem for a couple of days trying to get an answer on it.So essentially, if anything happens to me because someone didn't care about the fact that it is literally a life saving medication that she had the discretion to do something about, my family already had the details necessary for the lawyer.For those who don't know, blood thinners do not stay long in the body. Missing doses is therfore potentially fatal and because of CVS on Antle Drive, I don't have any option at this point but hope I don't die. (Kroger and Meijer also out of stock)

Wee went there for COVID and flu vaccines. Megan helped us. She was super accommodating for us. My mother is 92 and it was nice to have such an empathetic young lady wait on us.
