I started using this CVS location when Hikes Lane closed. I followed the Pharmacist Zack to this location. He is great to work with, and I appreciate his customer service. I was even more amazed by the staff at this location. The people here are amazing. This is the best CVS in Louisville. Thank you to everyone for taking such good care of me. I appreciate you!

Just switched here from another pharmacy I was having issues with. I have had my prescriptions refilled in a reasonable amount of time. Everyone has been so helpful there.

Megan Dennis is the worst!! Her attitude is so bad. She acts like patients are bothering her at the drop off window! Makes me question if I’m safe picking up meds from here.

They're pharmacy is always backed up, and lately either the inside or outside has been closed. Been trying to get a prescription for days, don't have time to sit in line for 30 to 45 minutes.

This place sucks the worst customer service of all time
I purchased a over the counter medication, and when I took it home, there was no product on the box I went to return the product and they refused bc I didn't have. My receipt even tho the manager was there that day when I purchased the product
I had to call customer service to get my receipt witch took me over an hr of my time
I WILL NEVER COME TO SHOP AT THE PLACE AGAIN EVER...

If I could give zero stars I would, seriously standing here and no one acknowledges anyone. They are rude and very unhelpful. There is only one other person so it’s not crazy busy. At least acknowledge people and be kind.

They have one particular male assistant manager at the Antle drive location who has a anger problem. I have witnessed him yell at a employee, customer and he yelled at me twice!
I complained twice to different store managers and to corporate and it doesn't stop. They enable his behavior. Don't shop there.

Terrible experience. Pharmacy workers are rude and awful to their customers. Would never return. Hope they shut this place down forever and the pharmacy technicians go unemployed forever

This CVS is incredibly frustrating to use. They are always out of medication, unhelpful in getting updates, and the CVS phone system is basically a labyrinth to try to talk to a real person. It's almost as if they don't want to be in business.
I haven't had a positive experience here in over 2 years. I'm done with them.
