Worst pharmacy. Employees are lazy and don’t know common knowledge. Drive thru is slowwww always wrapped around. Never on time with their prescriptions

No exaggeration! I have been to this store 6 times in the last week to pick up my prescriptions. Both inside and drive thru. I have 3 ready and I still don't have them. The drive thru line is wrapped around the building. Inside are long, long lines. I don't have an hour to wait in line for this. I am going to have to change pharmacies, even though the costs may be higher. Time is money.

Zero stars, really. Prescription sent by physician on Mon, went to pick up on Weds, still not ready. Had to leave for 2hrs and return. Staff unresponsive afterwaiting 10 mins at drive-thru. Rude, unprofessional, unkempt. DONE. Changed pharmacy after last visit. ?

I would give zero starts if I could. We made an appointment for a vaccine online for my 10yo (within age limits for CVS). After driving an hour round trip, the pharmacist refused to give the vaccine citing her age. They did not call and cancel the appointment or offer any recourse aside from "call back every day and hope the other pharmacist is here and has an opening". Don't waste your time.

The store feels very dated and dirtish. The pharmacy is so busy even with what looks like an OK amount of staff. The store hours just changed to 10 to 6 Oct 1, 2023, and this is terrible for those of us who need to pick up medications outside of those hours. I don't know what CVS is doing, but it may force us to move our prescriptions to another pharmacy.

Has got to be the slowest ever. I waited for a half hour to 45 minutes in the drive thru for them to tell me when I finally got to the window that their register was froze up and I could come inside but then another lady said no I couldn't come inside cause they were now closed. Their new hours are 10 to 6 and it was 6:02 when I got to the window. I hate this location.

God forbid if there is an urgent need. My son has pneumonia, had 2 scripts (antibiotics and albuterol )sent in at 11am, it’s now almost 4pm and it’s not ready. Yes let’s let an infant suffer because they can’t get their $&@! Together.

This pharmacy does not deserve to be in operation. Staff are always impatient, ride, and unmotivated. Is it because the area that it is in? The customer population is diverse but the service does not match or is equipped to suit the needs of the patient population. Some staff are racist and predjudice. If we have other choices, this will be the very last.

Currently standing at the locked front door 5 minutes after they are supposed to be open watching two employees stare at me knocking and completely ignored me. A few minutes later When one finally came to the door, she said “Are you here for the pharmacy, cause they are closed.” I said, “ No, I’m here to go in the store that opens at 9am!” And was finally let in. 0 out of 10 would not recommend!

I have been going to cvs my whole life and have been a retail worker myself, and understand being short-staffed and under pressure. This; however, is no excuse for the kind of racist behavior I saw today from a pharmacy employee. I was in line waiting for my prescription and a woman came up to the counter. The employee (who’s name I did not get) was an older blonde woman with red lipstick, a red shirt, and a blue cvs zip-up. She asked the customer if she had ever filled something at cvs before and the woman did not respond, looking confused. It was then very obvious she did not speak English. Instead of patiently waiting for a translation option via Google (which the woman was trying to do on her phone) the clerk started raising her voice and repeating the question over and over again, like that would make the woman magically understand English. After several failed attempts, she began gesturing to the woman that she needed to get out of the way, essentially denying her service until she could “figure it out.” She went on to help the rest of the line until another man came up who spoke mostly spanish and some broken English. He attempted to translate, all the while the woman is yelling at the man, “tell her…” “can you tell her to come back later…” in a very rude and dehumanizing tone. Eventually when I was next in line, I walked up and used Google translate to tell her that her prescription would not be ready until later that day. She immediately understood and left. All it took was a little patience and understanding, and the entire interaction could have been avoided. Instead, this customer was condescended and yelled at in front of the entire que in line. No one deserves that kind of treatment and it was truly disgusting to watch. The neighborhood that this cvs is located in is home to a diverse population of immigrants and refugees alike. If this CVS hopes to adequately serve the community, it cannot have racist and xenophobic employees working at the pharmacy, a place where people are trying to get the medications they need.

Very poorI would not even give a star if i could. They never take phone calls. You are on hold for more than an hour and in store waiting times are ridiculous as well.
