I used Crown Trophy several years ago when I worked for a place that regularly gave out plaques and trophies. I never had 1 single hiccup with them and always walked away thinking their service was exceptional. Recently I needed some work done with a very fast turnaround time and they were the first place I thought of. Sure enough, same great and reliable customer service. If you ever need trophies, plaques, engraved gifts, etc. I 10/10 recommend. They are helpful, responsive and just REALLY easy to do business with.

The people at Crown Trophy in Louisville, KY are AMAZING! The quality of their products at such reasonable prices is really quite incredible. But what really is my major reason for using them year after year is because of their outstanding customer service. They have a knowledgeable team that will go above and beyond in making sure you are completely satisfied with what you want and what you get. Many thanks for setting the standard for quality from beginning to end!

Stephen Brown - The staff at Crown Trophy’s on Bardstown Rd in Fern Creek is TOP NOTCH.Always there to bail me out at the last minute when I screw up an order. Super friendly, helpful and respectful. Will always be my go too for any of my awards and will be the only place I ever refer to anyone in the Louisville area!!!

I went there looking for a gift. They gave me great ideas and when I returned with the gift, they engraved it. They did a beautiful job and yet so fast. I would use them again.

This place is near my house, so I stopped in to have a nameplate added to a dance trophy I received. The process was quick and easy. I simply picked the color and told them what to put on there. The lady measured and charged me a reasonable amount. They had it finished in a week or two. They even tightened up the dancers on my trophy. I would recommend Crown Trophy.

Crown Trophy Louisville is an amazing business that is the first choice of employers and individuals! We use them for name tags, tumblers, pens, and anything we want! Crown Trophy is the best!!! Incredible service and timely with orders. We will always use them! I woke up one Saturday morning having completely forgotten to pick up our order ahead of a banquet on the same weekend. Randy and Debbie rescued me and came out on Derby Saturday to lay out the order so I could pick it up. Thank you so much for going over the top for your customers!!

Great Service and quality. We ordered a plate for which we had unknowingly supplied the wrong spelling for a personal name. We asked if they could fix it fast since its the day before Christmas and not only did they fix it right away for us they didn't even charge us extra. Such professional, speedy service. We will be back for all our trophy, plate engraving needs and recommend to any of our acquaintances. Thank you!!!
