Cannot say enough about this dealership and Mark Yates for the great deal on our new Jeep. If you want honest and friendly, this is the place to come to. No internet price games just to trick you into coming in. Not to mention how awesome the Jeeps look! Top notch AEV upgrades. You seriously can’t beat this place!

Went in to get a Jeep Wrangler and was assisted by Mark. He was very helpful, very knowledgeable, and super easy to work with. I was very satisfied with the value of my trade in and the purchase price, along with the additional add ons that I received. I would 100% recommend and will be back when it’s time to upgrade.

DO NOT BUY A FIAT! I bought a 2016 Fiat 500x from this dealership, it has 67000 miles on it everything in the engine is leaking of course the amount to fix everything is crazy and if everything gets fixed it still might need a new engine!! I had a Honda and VW that went way over 67000 mile and never put in new brakes in them!!

Shawn was awesome. This is my 4th Grand Cherokee and my 7th vehicle total I’ve purchased from Cross.
The service is always awesome and Shawn was extra helpful guiding me through the purchase process. He took the time to explain the features of my new vehicle and answered all my questions.

Could not recommend this place more when looking for a new vehicle. My husband and I just bought our first Jeep Wrangler yesterday and the experience was so pleasant. Call and ask for Mark Yates! Mark was AWESOME and so very patient with us and our million questions. Such a great and welcoming guy and we will be seeing him again if we get another vehicle in the future. This dealership makes you feel like family and loves to take care of you.
