They really need to do something about the Black girl that works in the store she's loud & arrogant & discriminative against elderly Black people she literally threatened an very elderly Black walking with the aide of a walker to trip him down as he attempted to leave the store having just bought a phone the Management is well aware of her unprofessionalism and doesn't do anything because she's not professional they were finally reported to Corporate on Friday.

Bought a brand new phone from them someone hacked the Google account and it locked the phone up and it even said that the password and phone number were changed 3 or 4 status away when the guy had factory reset it and then proceeded to tell me that the phone was no good because it was synced to the hacked Google account and said there was nothing they could do so I have a $250 paper weight that is useless

My phone went in to the lake and I had to get a replacement phone. Charlotte was so helpful and friendly and made the whole process very convenient. I would definitely go to any location that she is working just for her customer service alone.

Customer service has gone down the drain!!! The Loud mouth black girl who's the cricket employee was louder than loud on the phone entire time while I just needed to pay my phone bill. Honestly I couldn't even remember if she even made eye contact with me.

The lady that was working the desk was absolutely wonderful she helped me with all my questions and was patient and made it a very pleasant experience at a very stressful time I'm happy to tell my friends and family to switch the cricket.

Don saved the day and was most helpful with an alternative to the limbo that I've been placed in. I'm absolutely disgusted with Cricket Warrenty Claim dept however. I have ins on my ph and filed a claim on 4/13 but the other retailer failed to inform me that I had to return my old phone into UPS to get another within 2 days. I did so on 4/18 after the wknd. It was tracked and received by Asurion on 4/20 , Today is 4/22 and I have not received my new device! I called several times and even held for 45 min but calls are unanswered in the Claims dept and Customer Support online said they don't deal with device claims. Where is my new device and Who can credit my ph bill? I hope someone contacts me ASAP about this issue! 9 days later from my original claim , service paid in full and in advance yet I still have no answers and a missing phone!
