“rediculous to have a beautiful building called a bank that has no cash,1 sometimes 2 employees that cant help you other than show you where the video teller is. i waited at the drive up video teller for several minutes before the guy in front of me got waited on, i finally got out of line and walked inside for another extended wait behind someone else at teller screen trying to remedy a business account all the while 2 employees standing in the bank were in idle chit chat talking to each other. i asked why park has not turned this bank into a restaurant as it would serve the public better. i then went back to my car to try the drive up teller again and once again an extended wait. hire people or close up. it is not a convenience.”
“so michael kelly and becky were amazing! i refinanced my vehicle and I though it would be complicated. They made it so simple. And both were so easy to get ahold of. They basically held my hand thru it. So glad I came here. If you are needing to refinance then read no more you have found your place!! Thanks guys”

To say she was amazing is an understatement. She is, by far the most helpful, amazing, caring, knowledgeable banker I have ever met. “I have been coming to this bank/branch for many years. Every staff member has always been extremely polite and willing to help with any issues that come my way. The branch manager, Jackie went above and beyond for my dad, whom I recommended he go to regarding an auto loan. He was being thrown through the ringer by his previous bank and yet she made everything easy and seamless throughout his transition over. It's safe to say my whole family has switched over all our accounts and highly recommend others do as well. I'm only give 5 stars since 10 stars isn't an option.”
“Kemba is great, I’ve been banking with them since I was a child. The tellers are awesome, Ms. Joy is a gem. Lucy on the other hand is very rude, she constantly makes smart remarks and is not very personable. Do trust Kemba with your finances, but try your best to never deal with Lucy :)”
“I recommend this bank to everyone I can. The checking rewards are phenomenal, and I abolutely love the credit union. The loan application and approval process for my mortgage was stressful of course, but our loan officer was with us every step of the way. Every interaction I've had at a branch has been fantastic. As in people go out of their way to help me. I feel like every time I have a question, employees are quick to find an answer rather than direct me to a number to call. This branch in particular is staffed with the most responsive and genuinely helpful people! Special shout-out to Sheldon and Chad who have worked with me as checking accounts had to be split and moved.”
