Tiffany Seelbach worked diligently with me to find the perfect bathtub. It wasn't easy since I was quite particular. Then she helped me with all the plumbing fixtures to go with it. She is very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile.

Abhorrent customer service. Stephanie was extremely rude, not accommodating, and in the end literally non-responsive to me. I gave up and went to a better local company.

I walked into the showroom and was the only customer. There were two employees in the showroom. Neither of them greeted me or asked if I needed any help. I walked around the entire showroom trying to get ideas for my two bathrooms being remodeled. It wasn't until I walked out that one lady said have a nice day. REALLY? They lost my business. Customer service is everything and they completely lack it!

Nice available selection to look at in person, plus helpful associates who showed us even more available selections online and in catalogs. She was very helpful in explaining differences between products and price tiers to better help us narrow down our choices; what felt like a tedious task turned into a pleasant step on our path to updating our home.

Very poor customer service! Upon trying to exchanged a boxed kitchen faucet with receipt, the woman at the counter didn't even take the time to ask us what our issue was or how she could help us find a replacement. She immediately just said, well this was a custom order & you'll be charged a 25% restocking fee. I don't have issue with the fee, only the woman using it as a penalty to us as soon as we walked up, & not really wanting to help us or inquire what we had come in for. Instead of working with them now on ordering the more expensive product we want, we will be ordering from another business. I will happily return this product to Creative Kitchen & Bath & pay the fee. Will never shop this business again!
