Do not, I repeat DO NOT buy any ooze products from this store... They are counterfeit and the guy with the beard is untrustworthy because I specifically asked for a reciept and he made an excuse stating he already cleared it off the screen and promised that others have never claimed to have problems... I find that hard to believe... Now less than 25 days after buying a OOZE twist slim pen flex temp it has stopped charging and is blinking red...after doing research ooze states that all authentic ooze products will ONLY BLINK GREEN & if it shows any other color it is counterfeit. Also after trying to register my device on the ooze website it stated my serial number was invalid... I dont wanna say this entire store is a fraud but I cant help but to feel ripped off and like i was lied too about the receipt ordeal... Honestly its pathetic. When asking about a receipt he gave me a weird look like made like I was the one being petty since it was a $25 item...

Love this place has great deals and friendly staff.. They are just great people all together there, they are even sweet to my fur-baby and greet him with treats when we go through the window.
