Love the quality of their products and their sales and clearances you can't beat. The checkout is the best of all the customer service

Very good experience. Not very expensive, food in >3 minutes, and their food is good. I like the hot dog because of how filling it is and it is only $1.50.Kid-friendliness: I don't know what kid friendliness means on this but I guess it is good?

The associates seem beaten down these days. Some of it is the demanding nature of Karen's these days but I can't help but think that management doesn't have a part in it. This afternoon I watched people push metal carts in a wide open parking lot during a lightning storm. That type of disregard for employees safety is inexcusable. I'm going to hand my card in this week....that's WalMart behavior.

I go back and forth on keeping my $60 annual Costco membership. Do I like Costco more than Sam's club, sure I think they are a tad bit better in some of their products. But, their whole vibe of checking your membership throughout the store seems aggressive. But with a Sam's club membership, you can get pick-up, which was amazing during Covid and having small babies.I do like to go about once a month to stock up in staple items that might be a better discount than grabbing in a grocery store or even Target. If you have a large family, it's truly a must to have a discount store membership. They do offer a food court but I've only been once and the food was okay. If you're there during the day and hungry there's always plenty of samples throughout the store.

We don't shop here often, maybe every other month but we do really like our go to products: rotisserie chicken, psrmesean artichoke dip, Victoria's spaghetti sauce, the keto noodles (Healthy Noodles), hamburger patties and chicken tenderloins, and keto snacks (Coconut Clusters!). We occasionally also buy clothing items which have always been quality. It's expensive and a little too much for just two people but it also means we don't have to shop as often for our supplies.

Costco is the next thing that I love this in life next to my family. Pizza or Costco? Costco because they also have pizza. Costco or Biryani? Costco because they also have Biryani. Costco or bed? Costco because they also have beds. Costco or my girlfriend? Costco because you can meet a girlfriend. Great location by the way with great costumer service.

I love Norton Costco- the bourbon prices are the best, I always get my staples and medicine here as well. If you have a family, or anything you use all the time - Costco is the place. Their staff is the best though- hands down.

So yeah, I am addicted to Costco. Why? Because I love good deals. Plus, it seems every Costco in some ways offers something different. I was in town for a few days recently. Saw that this particular location has a liquor store. The goal was to stock up on some bourbon or whiskey that we normally can't find in GA. The selection did not let us down. The liquor section has plenty of great options to choose from. It's worth checking out indeed.

I love me some Costco, but it's always crazy busy there. The parking lot is a free for all. I live a couple hours away, so when I go, I really stock up! I love that they have some staples that won't change price- like the $5 rotisserie chicken and the $1.50 hotdog and soda combo. My only gripe, really, is that they often have products I love that get discontinued. I wish they could keep more of the same items.

It's nice in the morning to shop at Costco and stop at the food court for a good hot and a drink for $1.50. It's very filling. The food court is always clean and fast. It's great the have the self order kiosks too. The pizza is great too if you are in the mood for a slice. Don't fill up on the samples!

The man in the vision center was the rudest person I've ever spoken to at a Costco, I was so caught off guard, as in the past, the employees have been very kind. He seemed comfortable being rude, which means he must get away with it a lot. People pay to shop here, not to be treated as if they were in a Walmart. Took my concerns to the general manager Cody, and he emailed me a copy-pasted response. He couldn't even take 2 minutes to type me anything. This is how important the customer is to them. (He actually pasted in his closing greeting twice--dead giveaway of a copy paste job). When I called him out on this, then he decided that I was worthy of an actual message. But it's too little too late. This comes off as super disingenuous, and clearly they do not take these complaints seriously. I cancelled my executive membership today and they refunded my money back with no questions. Costco will refund your membership if you call them at 1-800-774-2678. Mine was actually set to renew in 30 days...but when you have rude employees you don't discipline, these things happen. If I'm going to treated rudely I might as well not pay for it.

The foods always good and new order screens are great. Really makes it a smooth process. Once the seating is back I'll stop in on my lunch breaks again!
