Absolutely terrible. I bought two new tires for installation at this location. Set an appointment at 4:45pm the next day 10-22-2024. Showed up at 4:30 to be considerate. Was told the change of tires should take approximately 1hour to 1 hour and a half. A little long but whatever. Dash cam shows they dont get into the car till 5:20pm. Also shows they dont get started on the tires till 6pm. Its not until 7:20 pm when my car is returned to me for TWO TIRE CHANGES. almost THREE HOURS.
Icing on the cake? The car on the passanger side now has a rattling noise. stay away.

Great experience, both with Robert and Isaac from the team. We bought a new set of tires and 5 days later, got a flat from a screw in the road. Having the road hazard warranty included in our purchase price was great, but having their service to help get a hard to find tire in quickly was even better. Thank you!

This is for the Tire Center specifically. Last week, I called ahead and as told a time to come in. When I get there, another service person stated that I had to make an appointment just for them to look at a tire. Make the appointment, a week later, and even get to the appointment an hour early. I was told it would only take 30-45 minutes. It took 3 hours! Thank goodness that I decided not to buy groceries this time because that would have been another disaster!Then, the young girl at the desk refused to make eye contact with me when I asked her several times about how long it would be. I wasn't rude about it but I was with an anxious and autistic child while I was there. It took so long that she walked away from me at the desk and went grocery shopping in the store herself! And didn't even acknowledge me when she returned. Got my car at 8:15 after receiving a call from another tire serviceman. When she got to the desk, I had to tell her that they called to tell me it was ready. When i asked to speak to a manager, I was told no one was there. It was by far one of the worst experiences of customer service with Costco. I for sure wouldn't come back if I didn't purchase our tires there.

This location's customer service associate at the self-checkout was either inept or blind since she helped everyone else with scanning larger items except us. Not sure what her issue was but it felt as if she was going out of her way to ignore us. Finally a different associate came to help us. I laughed a little when he shot her a look. I prefer the Bardstown Rd. location as they help everyone.

This store needs more motorized wheelchairs. There are four chairs and often there are long waits for them. A store like Walmart which is half of the size of Costco with far less people, maintains 12 wheelchairs. I don't really understand why they don't have additional chairs based on the obvious need there is.

Pardon my language but piss poor customer service. I called and spoke to Lee (whom is hilariously somehow a supervisor) over the phone to set up an appointment for a 4 tire replacement. He looked my vehicle up in their system, found the tire size since I was unsure, scheduled me 2 days before I was leaving ,came IN for my appointment, walked around the store for an hour, then got a call to come up to the tires center desk where Lee then proceeds to tell me I purchased the wrong tires (you heard me right. I had to pay in full before the install was even done) of which he then continues to tell me unfortunately they do not have the size tires that I need in store. They only have tires that are significantly more expensive. Of course! I asked if there is a discount he could provide me for the more expensive tires since he was the one I spoke with over the phone and looked up the tire size in the computer. Lee tells me that not only is he not going to give me a discount, he’s not going to give me the $150 Bridgestone install discount, then tells me that I can drive to the J town store to get my tires installed. When it’s already 7 o’clock at night after moving my patients surgeries around to be able to make my appointment at 6 o’clock today. I do not have time to drive all the way across town the same evening since I have other obligations. Thanks Lee, you royally screwed me over buddy! You make this location look bad.

I've bought probably a dozen sets of tires here over the last decade+. I always get a great deal and the road hazard warranty is second to none. Almost every single set has had a road hazard, which are fixed for free or replaced prorated. The folks who work in the tire shop are always kind and helpful. Thanks for keeping my family safe on the road!

For the tire department only.Able to book a time to get my car looked at, online. Specify make and model. Could have even ordered tires to be shipped to this Costco.Get to store 15 minutes ahead of my appointment as the confirmation email told me. Only to find out they don't work on Land Rovers because of the air suspension.Don't take the appointment then! When you specifically ask for Make and take Land Rover as an option??So stupid. Be better Costco.

I had an incident with an employee today who seemed to not only not be able to do her job but also had poor customer service skills. When I was leaving the building after I had payed for my items, a female was checking the receipt at the door. She had a situation with the people in front of me and they had to go to customer service. This took a minute and it was irritating but understandable. Once they moved I walked up right in front of the receipt checker and she refused to acknowledge me. She helped the woman that was standing off to the side and then for some reason walked behind me and started helping the people behind me???? I had enough of being treated this way and since she was acting like I did not exists, I just walked out the door. This got her attention. She chased me out of the store yelling at me, then scolded me like a child. Understandable I did not react well to both her actively ignoring me in line and her condescension and a scene was made in front of Costco. She could have prevented this whole situation by making eye contact with me in line and apologizing and explaining that it was going to take a minute. She also could have not attacked me for walking out and very comely said "I am sorry ma'am, I don't think I checked your receipt". This situation should be addressed with this woman and more customer service training and probably some general job training is an order. This woman was enough to ruin my day.

This Costco is nice and clean. Even the bathrooms were clean. I do want to spotlight this lovely woman. She was either the dairy manager or food manager. My friend needed the no brand baby formula and couldn't find it. She asked the nice lady with the computer in her hand if she knew if they had it. The lady said she believed they were out but to ask up front. We were up front later about to check out when she found us and let us know they were out. That was so sweet of her. I wish I remembered her name.

Was told I would get my tire fixed tonight when I arrived. Waited 2 hours on the side of the building with my dog and someone came out at 8:28 to tell me they can’t fix my tire. He said they should have never told me it would be fixed today. I don’t know if I will make it home on this tire tonight. I’ve never had a tire place leave me hanging like this. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do not recommend.

Stellar experience with the store manager and Bobby J, the tire center manager, on a Friday evening at 5pm before the 4th of July weekend. I was promised a set of tires at 5pm and that recommendation changed after I got there due to my car specifics. I talked to the store manager who put me in touch with Bobby J, the manager at the tire center. I counted two easy ways he could have taken that would have been "industry standard". Bobby took the high ground both times. He looked at my tires and felt they might blow out anytime. He went to a different store to pick up tires and then got it done the same day so I can keep driving safely. IMHO he demonstrated strong leadership, integrity and quick thinking to solve a problem. Costco should hire more of these leaders.
