For the tire department only.Able to book a time to get my car looked at, online. Specify make and model. Could have even ordered tires to be shipped to this Costco.Get to store 15 minutes ahead of my appointment as the confirmation email told me. Only to find out they don't work on Land Rovers because of the air suspension.Don't take the appointment then! When you specifically ask for Make and take Land Rover as an option??So stupid. Be better Costco.

Buyer beware! I purchased a refrigerator from Costco 1 year ago. It has failed twice. The first time was in the first few months. The 2nd time was in month 11. I went with Costco because I thought they offered good service, I also purchased a 5-year warranty. This time the refrigerator stopped cooling. It has been 23 days and it's still not fixed. Costco refuses to offer a refund or exchange, the manufacturer will not offer an exchange either. We have 5 kids and trying to get by without one is difficult at best. I can manage for 1-2 weeks, but this is unacceptable. We're also out a lot of money due to this, which I'm not even asking for. I gave them plenty of opportunity to get this repaired, now I want a refund so I can buy another refrigerator. I have also spent over 20 hours on phone calls and emails, all of them pretty much useless. Shame on Costco for not standing behind the product they sale and not taking care of the customer. Customer beware! One year ago, I bought a refrigerator from Costco. It has twice failed. The initial occurrence happened in the early months. Month 11 marked the second occurrence. I chose Costco because I believed they provided exceptional service and I also bought a 5-year guarantee from them. The refrigerator stopped cooling this time. 23 days have passed, and the problem still persists. They assert that they are looking for the component (a fan motor). Costco declines to provide a refund or exchange, and neither will the manufacturer. Since we have five children, it is tough at best to function without one. For one to two weeks, I can get by, but this is not acceptable.Additionally, we've lost a ton of money as a result of this, which I'm not even asking for. I gave them lots of chances to have this fixed, but now I just want my money back so I can get a new refrigerator. Additionally, I have wasted over 20 hours on pointless phone calls and emails. The people and store have always been wonderful. I have lately experienced an issue with the drivable shopping carts. There are a multitude of handicapped parking spaces but only 4 riding carts are available. I have yet to be able to take my elderly father with a newly replaced knee shopping. Please invest in some additional carts! I know for a fact I'm not the only person with this problem

I had an incident with an employee today who seemed to not only not be able to do her job but also had poor customer service skills. When I was leaving the building after I had payed for my items, a female was checking the receipt at the door. She had a situation with the people in front of me and they had to go to customer service. This took a minute and it was irritating but understandable. Once they moved I walked up right in front of the receipt checker and she refused to acknowledge me. She helped the woman that was standing off to the side and then for some reason walked behind me and started helping the people behind me????I had enough of being treated this way and since she was acting like I did not exists, I just walked out the door. This got her attention. She chased me out of the store yelling at me, then scolded me like a child. Understandable I did not react well to both her actively ignoring me in line and her condescension and a scene was made in front of Costco. She could have prevented this whole situation by making eye contact with me in line and apologizing and explaining that it was going to take a minute. She also could have not attacked me for walking out and very comely said "I am sorry ma'am, I don't think I checked your receipt". This situation should be addressed with this woman and more customer service training and probably some general job training is an order. This woman was enough to ruin my day.

This Costco is nice and clean. Even the bathrooms were clean. I do want to spotlight this lovely woman. She was either the dairy manager or food manager. My friend needed the no brand baby formula and couldn't find it. She asked the nice lady with the computer in her hand if she knew if they had it. The lady said she believed they were out but to ask up front. We were up front later about to check out when she found us and let us know they were out. That was so sweet of her. I wish I remembered her name.

We were unable to successfully purchase glasses after a veritable comedy of errors trying to do so twice with three different interactions. My spouse went there to get glasses and was told they don't do that. I called and was told they might not take our vision insurance. She checked and they did. My spouse returned and was told by the person at the counter they don't take our vision insurance without even looking at the card. He explained that I had called to check and they do, and she looked down at the card and said oh yes, we do take this insurance. After looking up our benefits and explaining the limits to my spouse he picked a pair of glasses and was told the insurance doesn't cover all of it (it does). He left and went elsewhere and was told that Costco had a hold on his insurance they would need to take off before he could get glasses at the other place. He called Costco and was told he would need to call his insurance company to remove the hold they had placed on his account. Both the other place and our insurance said that was incorrect. I have always had a great experience at Costco, including the tire center and the pharmacy. I cannot comprehend the purpose of an optical center that doesn't seem to want to sell people glasses. Avoid this place like the plague!

First visit to Costco in many months. We were surprised and happy to find the store fully stocked with full shelves and full meat and produce departments. Even paper products were fully stocked. We also belong to Sam's Club and shop the Clarksville location. That particular Sam's has numerous items out of stock daily.We did have one disappointment today. I've always commented one huge difference between Costco and Sam's is Costco has previously been very speedy at checkout and Sam's very slow.Well late morning today, Costco had ONE employee manned checkout open. Yes there were self checkout lanes open also, but we had a cart packed full. By the time we reached the checkout, the line behind us snaked through the stores aisle. Very disappointing.

Eye doctor was extremely rude and condesending to my 85 year old mother throughout the time in the office. Scheduled an eye exam and were told at time of payment he didn't do an exam only provided an updated prescription. Exam would have been covered by insurance his procedure resulted in a $30 charge. He said she didn't need the exam. Which if true we should have been told that at the start instead of at time of payment. His comment as we were leaving was I can charge you $70 instead. My advice is to stay away from this guy.

Really good staff (it's usually just the receptionist and optometrist) who are friendly and personal. They are pretty quick and efficient with their eye exams (30 minutes or less for my visits).Eye exams are quoted for 100$ approximately (without any insurance), which seems pretty competitive, and you do not need a Costco card to use these services. Purchases for glasses / contacts though need to go through the optical department (or you can take your prescription anywhere after your exam).
