Kate sold me some BEAUTIFUL white swivel chairs, she always knows just the right touch for my home. They look AMAZING in the room.Kyle delivered the chairs, and as always he was polite, efficient, and right ontime! While he was here he asked if we were having any issuses with furniture we have purchased in the past. He took the time to show me how to "reset" a chair that we purchased a couple of years ago. He always goes above and beyond.Contemporary Galleries is ALWAYs my go to store, they stand behind their product 100%.Thank you Kate & Kyle!

I went into this gallery looking for bathroom faucet. Upon entering, no one greeted me. They were very busy, but sales people made eye con6with me and never said any... Not even someone will be with you shortly, feel free to look around, nothing!! I browsed, saw one faucet I was very interested in, but I couldn't inquire with anyone after standing around for 15 minutes. I went in there one other time about a year ago, and the same thing, no one would help me and they were not that busy that time. The gallery was very nice. This place and one other place diagonally across Shelbyville Rd next to the gas station/flooring store, never acknowledged me and have lost a potential customer. You're never too busy to say hello and greet someone. This is #1 I customer service 101; always greet the customer regardless of how busy you are or not matter how they look.

We had to wait a few weeks because our Amisco dining chairs were custom ordered. But, wow! Dining table and chairs were delivered today by Ronny and Chad. It looks amazing and our Thanksgiving meal will be enjoyed using it! Thank you, Chris for helping us with our purchase.

Highly recommended contemporary furniture store. I purchased a kitchen table, chairs, and some lamps at the store. The sales person, Chris, was helpful and everything turned out great. I have returned to the store again and have recommended it to friends.

Purchased two Stressless recliners that were delivered on 9/15/2023. When shopping, our experience at the store was great. Sales personnel were available to answer any questions, but did not push and allowed us to sit in the chairs on several occasions without interuption. When ready, a sales associate wrote up an estimate of the order that we took with us and later returned to purchase the chairs. Everything came off professionally and without a snag. Chairs were delivered by an escellent team headed by a guy named Mike, who was more than happy to place the chairs. Having had two days to enjoy the chairs, we are both pleased with the purchase. They are of outstanding quality and very comfortable.

I had a very unfortunate experience while attempting to shop and furnish my new office. I felt belittled, overlooked, and was treated poorly by two different male staff members. All around a terrible experience but happy to report I got everything I needed at Haverty’s down the road.

We purchased 2 Stressless recliner chairs at the insistenceinsistence, of the person helping us with our remodeling of our condo.. The salesman took a lot of time with us picking oit the color and foot rests. Contemporary Galeries agreed to hold them until our unit was ready, more than 5 months. When called to have delivered they came right out and brought them. A small table that attaches to the chair was ordered but it came in the wrong color, and they no longer make them. The owner called me to let me lnow and said he would try to locate one at another store. A few days later, Zach called and brought it to us and showed us more about the chairs. Great service from everyone at Contemporary Gallleries. Lastly these chairs are by far the most comfortable chairs I have ever sat in. I would recommend these chairs highly toanyone. Ron Weisberg

Fabulous furniture and service. One of my pieces took longer to order and they brought it out as a special delivery as soon as it got to the store. Wonderful people to deal with.

Chad and Brian did an awesome job delivering & setting up my beautiful office desk and leather recliner! They showed me how to operate the chair, peeled off those pesky stickers, cleaned the desktop and most unexpectedly fixed the chair plug in to prevent it from coming apart accidentally. Highest recommendation!

We bought a media cabinet from Contemporary Galleries working through Chris, who was great to work with. Unfortunately the cabinet was slightly damaged during the delivery process, but they were quick to replace the cabinet and deliver a new one quickly. The entire process with Contemporary Galleries and the people we dealt with were top notch.
