John at Conn’s Body Shop was terrific. Easy to work with, reliable expectations and did great work. He even went out of his way to touch up a tiny scratch on my car from another smaller incident. I was given updates throughout the entire timeline. Highly recommend Conns.

Dropped my car off monday after a little fender bender haven't gotten my car back just yet but the amount of updates calls and attention to detail ensure me that my vehicle is being treated with the utmost respect and care and is in excellent hands. I can't wait to get my baby back so I can come back and write and even better review you guys truly are a blessing in disguise. Started off as might not being able to see my car until Sept to and immediate phone call that my car was inspected parts ordered and work begining when parts arrive keep up the amazing work your entire team truly is awesome

The front desk lady is terribly rude! We tried to get our truck repaired and they didn’t want to give us an estimate, they wanted to use a previous estimated from a different company that was incomplete and missing photos that was provided through our insurance company-which stated it was incomplete. We told them to please estimate the vehicle (like the other 4 companies we went to) and the lady continued to cut us off and say she had one (even though it wasn’t complete). So rude! We just told them that there’s no way we’d continue to go through them based on this interaction. Unprofessional and trying to cut corners. No thanks!
