Sauna didn't work. Pillows were small. Blankets weren't very thick. Carpet was dated and worn. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good.

I would have given it 5* but my granddaughter, who is 6, was with us and super disappointed that the pool was never open during our stay which for fer was traumatic because she was there for a bunch of testing and really wanted to swim away her traumatic hospital visits.
