this place is now called you drive auto. do not buy your car from this place, they do not live up to there little 6 month warrenty. they dp not fix the issues at hand with car when called to ask and even when called to report issues there is hardly anyone there to help you. they dont care aboiut placing people on the road in a dangerous cars they are selling they only car about money cause they have no problem picking cars up when they want their money but cant fix a car to make sure people dont die on the road with children. please do not buy a car from here!!!!!

I got my car here 4 months ago. In 4 months time they still don't have my plate. I've heard so many times it will be here next week. Nope never comes. I'm on my fourth temporary plate on my car. I've heard so many reasons why they don't have it. This is passed ridiculous. I've gotten many cars before and never had I have this happen. It's not a out of state car or anything like this. I'm sorry at this point I don't believe it's Frankfort fault like there saying. All I want is my plate so I may be able to still do my job. I drive for a living. The place I work for is telling me they will not except templates anymore. That I've had Plenty of time to get a real plate. They are right. I've just been given the run around so many time. I hate that I was so broke and had to come here. If I was you and reading this. I would just walk to work a little longer and save up more money and just go somewhere else.

The carstore is trash they sell you lemons then come after you about payments when the car doesn't even run wont even let you trade it for a new one or fix it!!! Once I'm done paying this off I will never go to the carstore again buyer beware

This is the worst place to buy a car!!!!Do not do it. Buying the car was easy but once I got it every thing changed. I had a different pay schedule when I first got the car trying to get them on the same page with how my payments should have been set up was such as hassle. On top of that they treat you terrible and have the worst customer service EVER! I'm so relieved that I no longer have to deal with them.

Ive been with car store for almost 5 years. Have had 2 cars with them. I cant ever pay one off, because they break down first. Service manager Wendy is awful, they won't ever actually fix the issue.1st car ticked and smoked from purchase date. Bad exhaust, and oil and coolant was mixed together. Paid for 2 years, 6 months, finally figured out what was wrong with it from a mechanic, The Car Storr would not do anything for me, but take my balence which was only 2 more payments, back to 0.00 and trade it for another car. Restarted my car payment AGAIN, My car was shutting off when I was going 60 mile an hour, the shook me off. (Under 1 year warranty they didnt believe me. Took it somewhere else it was eletrical wiring, I could have died!) I find out now its about to blow, 2 months after my 1 year warranty ended. 2 cars. Both under 1 year warranty, they never fixed it. 20000 dollars for lemons. They will never refund of exchange no matter how good your payment history is, or if you've paid 20000, they could care less. They will not help you no matter how good of a customer you are. They have needed a new service manager for 5 years ive seen it all over Facebook and elsewhere. Look into things before you sign a agreement to pay 10000 for something that wont last 1 year. Youll end up paying 30000 before your done. 2 out of 2 lemons. Ive tried to give this car back, and they said they would charge me anyway. Worse thing is if you have a complaint about the service manager instead of adressing it and have someone else call you LIKE THE MANAGER OF THE BUSINESS, they have the person that you complained about call and confront you about your complaint/review and do absolutely nothing about it.

Bought a car this past monday was told "you need a car thats safe" 20 yrs old and pregnant, day after brakes start making noise we called the store and they basically told us sorry cant do nothin, took it to get it looked at and find out that the rotors are severely corroded and its basically life or death driving the car. Cant afford to have it seviced by a mechanic.

They did everything they could to help me it wasn't just one person; by the time we were to the finalizing stage they had all stepped and was doing everything they could to make sure they got me in a decent vehicle at a price that fit my budget. If it wasn't for them and their hospitality, I wouldn't have been able to get back and fourth to my classes 5 days a week or get my child to/from where she needed to be. I'm honestly very pleased with my experience with the car store. As a side not I would like to add the only reason I have given them a 4 star rating, rather then a 5 is because their finance company seriously needs an attitude adjustment they are less then professional, over the phone and in person. I believe that if you want respect you should act appropriately. I contacted them over the phone, before the woman even knew who she was speaking to she was rude, wasn't listening and was talking to someone else then when she asked me to repeat the information I had just given her, she didn't apologetically ask she rudely ask. Just isn't the way I want to be addressed from someone in the customer service field. Not to mention they didn't call me to tell me my plate was in they told me it would be sent to my house, my temporary tag expired (which was the reason for the call) I ended up stopping by after that and was able to get my plate but once again I was greeted with lack of professionalism.

If I could give them a negative or 0 rating I would.. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY.... LEMON LOT LEMON LOT... had my car less than a year, the air didnt work, service department has "fixed" it 3 times still doesnt work. Now my car wont accelerate and slow to pick up. leaking oil, and fuel inlet is broke. they told me drop it off for a few days... I dropped it off on Monday, they wont call you to update you on your car. So I called they said they were waiting on the parts for three days. So I call again Today and was told the part is in but it won't be fixed until Monday. They have had my car for a week, they still want their payment, no loaner car, dont compensate for rental car, I've spent over 250 on rental. Had to turn it in, it's my birthday weekend, I have NO transportation, Screw this place I wouldnt recommend an enemy to this place.

LEMON ALERTS!!!!!!!!! LEMON ALERTS!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT!!!! DO NOT!!!!! I MEAN DO NOT GO TO THIS GHETTO, HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL DEALERSHIP. THEY SELLING PEOPE LEMONS! I had my car for Less then two months and during the two months it's had all types of problems. I couldn't even get a simple oil change because my plug was stripped!!! MY FRIEND HAD GOT A CAR WITH NO AIR BAGS! No matter the circumstances they still won't do a exchange or refund. Then they tell you to go to their horrible ass service department. In the service department they don't tell you when you car will be done. How long it will be there what's being done to it. NOTHING!!! They had my car for a week and still ain't finish with it and I had a appointment. Last time I took it they had it for a couple days. I had a an appointment at 9:00 but they didn't even look at my car until the next day!!! They don't give out RENTALS OR TEMPORARY CARS while your cars being serviced. That's how they get you by not giving out rentals and giving you cars that are lemons. Once IM DONE PAYING THE CAR OFF IM NEVER COMING BACK!!!! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!! They use to be JD BYRYDER but they fail the rules and expectations they had for the cars and how they are suppose to be serviced that they got kicked off the franchise. THAT SHOULD TELL YOU SOMETHING!!! DONT GO HERE!! GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT THIS HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP.

I got myself a 2017 Kia RIO with only 18,200 miles in it! I got helped in the best way possible and got out of there in a little over an hour. The salesman was very helpful, knowing it was my first time (by myself) buying a car. The car literally had one scratch on the driver side but it was basically untouched and still has manufactures w. The payment of the car was supposed to be around 18,000 but they were really honest when they found out they were looking at the wrong car information....My new total is 14,000$ which is a nice deal for a partially used 2017 car!

Two cars in one week. Both vehicles have check engine lights coming on. Took both cars back for a check. Got same story on both of them. I believe they will run the same story until warranty is up. Don't believe their checking anything. They are the only place that I have ever gotten a years warranty. Guess that's good. I will give another review after we have driven cars for awhile. Two stars because engine light came on.

If you want to buy a car that is over priced and a piece of junk. I suggest this is the place to go. I've never seen such a poor excuse for a place that will over charge you and sell junk. So go here if you need a headache. I rate this place no stars, but I have to rate it one star to get posted. They also don't stand by their warranties and care nothing about their customers. They get their cars at the Clark Co Auto Auction. How do I know this..because I know someone that drives the cars to the new owners and he has told me some stories. This car store is one of them!!

Horrible experience. We went to this dealer to find a van or a 3rd row SUV for transporting our disabled son. We found a vehicle, agreed to decent terms, went to the bank to get the down payment and came back within 30 minutes to hear that the vehicle had been sold to someone else! That did not even seem possible that they could do that... Then they tried to put us into a older vehicle that had issues and wasn't even worth the asking price with the same terms. Not happy at all and will never recommend them. That is shady business :-(
