BOYCOTT THIS BUSINESS. Buying policy all lies!! Predatory. Making money off misery of others. Need class action against their fraud. Unless you are family or friends of staff, only give $1-$4 for unworn, with tags designer clothes, shoes, handbags worth hundreds of dollars.

So unprofessional! Employees are either rude or just ignore you and play on their phones. This isn't how it used to be. This store used to be so good but now it's a joke. I've bought from them and sold to them and have had negative experiences on both ends. Most items are overpriced and on the other side when selling they don't take a lot of good items or claim they can't be authenticated. I wish they would give itemized receipts of the stuff they take because you never know how much you're getting for what item, it's all lumped together which makes it hard to keep track of what they bought. I always check my inventory after coming back so I don't double sell online (I have my things already listed on ebay and other sites). On my last encounter with this store, I came home to find a couple pairs of Tory Burch flats, Lilly Pulitzer tops, Lululemon pants, and other-high end stuff missing. You can't chock this one up to their confusing system because in this particular case they rejected the two big laundry baskets of clothes I brought in because they claimed it had an odor. It's wild because there are quite a few reviews that mention they had something similar happen to them. I was quite baffled over the odor comment because I didn't smell anything, and neither did my mom or spouse. They didn't buy anything from me but those items were taken out. Guess they didn't smell that bad after all. The items missing were either a size M or size 8 so I'm not sure if it's an employee making off with the item or the company itself taking my stuff and re-selling it without paying me for it. I've talked to other people about it and now have seen some other reviews about it and hear a lot of the same things, how customers feel bullied and cheated. Such a shame, because this used to be such a great place and you actually felt good shopping there but not anymore. I'm never going back and would discourage anyone else from going there too unless you want to be treated badly. Plenty of other options out there for consignment stores so that's where I'll be going now. Plus, the consignment stores work with you and are open about the selling price.

The staff is very uninformed and the manager is rude. Probably shouldn’t be working with the public. Will never return to this store. There’s too many choices of pleasant places to shop (Sassy fox consignment is so incredible that I’m not missing out by choosing other places). They under pay for designer brands then make insulting comments about nice clean clothes. This place is full of bullies and was once well managed. It used to be a place where the employees were kind and would remember you because I used to go in there at least once a week. I miss the people who used to work there, because they were well trained and on top of things. It’s a shame that the management is so disrespectful to its customers. I once sold a Louis Vuitton purse as well as several other high end clothes (brands like Tory Burch, lululemon, Lilly Pulitzer, vineyard vines, Kate spade, etc.) and came home with $115! It was pretty insulting, considering that I actually bought that Louis from them just a few months prior. I asked if I could know what the Louis Vuitton purse was being sold for and they said that they couldn’t tell and that it’s a take the amount or leave type of place. I saw some of my things that I sold to them posted on social media and they were priced at quite a substantial amount. I really felt taken advantage of because of that. Of course, I’m not the only one on here talking about how disrespectful they are and how they underpay for items. What a racket! Then to add insult to injury they’re so rude in the process. I’ve worked with the public for many years and I’ve never talked to anyone like they talked to me.

I bought two tops online and was going to pick them up in the store. I live in Indiana, so it would be a toll bridge to pick it up, but I would receive it quicker because it usually takes them over a week to ship. Last time I had something shipped to me it took 2 weeks and so I didn't want to wait that long this time (I live about 25 minutes from this store). 3 days after purchasing, they told me that one of the tops had sold to somebody else, so it was no longer available. I was bummed because I purchased the item about an hour after being listed, but there was nothing I could do because they sold it to someone even though I purchased the item. I bought in on Friday (9/22) and they told me on Sunday via email that it was sold to someone else. It took them a couple more days to issue a refund for the subtotal, not the tax (Tuesday 9/26). I obviously didn't want to be charged for something, even if it was a couple dollars, due to them not keeping tabs on their inventory. So I go in the next day to pick up the item they did not sell out from under me, and I asked if they could give me a full refund. Two employees both said they didn't know how to do that, so they told me to call tomorrow because the manager would be in. I call the next day and I asked for the manager and the person on the phone said she was the manager. I relayed all the information and asked for a full refund. The lady on the phone then said that I would need a manager to fix this issue, because she didn't know how to do that. Apparently she lied because she told me she was the manager. I then went on to opened a case with PayPal after waiting for them to fix this. I was tired of trying to work with them to solve a problem they created. I finally just got a call from the manager (Shelby) and she told me that I shouldn't have done that because she could've refunded me. She mentioned that if I didn't open a PayPal case that I could have gotten a refund via instore credit. She said she can't do anything because it is now in PayPal's hands. She also said it was only a few dollars so she wasn't sure why I would do that. Then hung up. Very rude! They created this problem and then went on to act like I was a problem. Train your employees and do better by your customers! Now I am still waiting a week later for this to be fixed. They have also accused me of treating their employees like they are worthless, which is wild because the only interaction I have had is just asking for a refund and then being told to try again later. I never raised my voice or talked down to anyone, so this is a crazy accusation considering that I am just asking for my money back. They replied to my google review and told me I wasn't welcomed back in their store due to how I treated them. They actually edited that review and deleted that sentence, but I have a screenshot of it. I honestly have no clue how I could have treated them in a way that was mean because they have been doing all the talking when I have contacted them, and it usually is very condescending. I've never heard of a business that doesn't train its staff on how to issue a refund. Warning to anyone looking to buy online, be cautious about buying and maybe call them after you purchase to see if they can actually hold the item you paid for. They have also blocked me on Facebook just because I left this review on there, too. By blocking me, the review is taken down. They are trying to make sure no one sees how I have been treated.

Prices are lil high for second-hand clothing. I couldn't fit the 2 sports bras, brought them back the NEXT day. Apparently even if you have the original tags, taking it off means they won't take it back. Tried to sale it back to them and was told they didn't have a need for sports bras...really? If yall don't want returns just say it like the Beauty Supply stores "we dont accept returns" ...ah well. they got $25 out of me.

Don't make a special trip here to buy or sell. This is the section time I've come out and been told there is an issue with the system - nothing posted on social media or the door. Told once I carried everything in.

No Class!!! Discrimination!!! This place doesn't know how to authenticate real from fake. I was very disappointed by this company when I tried to sell a pair of my Christian Louboutin fillete boots and they said they couldn't authenticate them when the receipt was in the box in the red bag from Barney's Beverly Hills. I've wore them once. I understand though the young girls have probably never seen such nice expensive shoes and wouldn't know. It's too bad they lost money and this transaction. I'll sell them elsewhere. Two thumbs down

Couldn't authenticate a pair of LouBoutin Boots in the red bag in the original box with the receipt from Barney's Beverly Hills. Wouldn't know a good buy then they straight lied to my face when I went to sell a MK bag that I bought from them saying they couldn't authenticate it either. I believe that I was discriminated against !! They are cheap trashy liars and as I walked through the store the clothes were dirty and cheap looking. They passed on these fabulous shoes they wouldn't know classy if it were gift wrapped in the box with the receipt. Poor business decision!!

I received my purse and wallet without any kind of protection. They were just thrown into a Big Box and Shipped. Purses wasn’t stuffed and no bubble wrap for protection. Purse was crushed. See pictures. Very poor customer service. Wish I could give 0?
