I bought a vehicle here, the process was easy because I got prequalified, they didn’t have to “sell” me anything, I text drove the vehicle, noticed that the passenger seat wasn’t working brought it to their attention, the manager/owners said he would order the part and to come back so they can fix it, it’s going on two months and radio silence, also come to find out after a day of driving it, I’m unable to fill up or leave a gas nozzle in because it will shut off the automatic fill feature, I take it to a mechanic and they say to fix the issue it’s going to be about $800, I called to let him know he said to not stick the nozzle in and to over it over the gas tank entery to fill it, after I brought it to their attention I haven’t heard anything back, definitely don’t recommend buying from them, they’ll leave you hanging, they also sold me a warranty that doesn’t even cover the issue
Never have I ever heard of the customer having to call them when a product comes in, how am I supposed to know when a product is in? You have my number, you were supposed to call me, there was no miscommunication on my end

My experience with Louisville Cars and Trucks was amazing. I was contacted by the salesman, Peter, after requesting info on a 2010 Toyota Tundra req Max. He took the time to FaceTime me to allow me to see a live video of the vehicle’s body for any damage or rust. I asked him if he could hold the vehicle for 24 hours as I was driving down from Chicago for a test drive. He confirmed the next morning if I was still driving down and I confirmed that the car was still available. It was and I drove down. I’m happy to say I purchased the vehicle from a great local used car dealer in Louisville, KY!

Bought a van there recently, was very easy buying experience and great to work with. I worked with Peter and he answered all my questions. I filled the finance application online, when I got there they had all the paperwork ready and I was out of there in 30 minutes. Just took the van to Colorado and back with no issues.

Brad and Pete were very honest, friendly, and transparent. They offered a great deal on this 2017 Ford Expedition, and it was well worth flying up from Central Florida to do business with them. They are a local, family-based business who are straight shooters. I would certainly recommend them to anyone and would buy from them again in the future.
