Employees are so well mannered and always eager to assist. I love how I, enters any City Gear always greeted, lot of places don’t even do that anymore. The shoe prices are priced just right.

It was ok I brought back some shoes I won, just didn't feel right, I took back to the store I paid cash, then i was told no cash refund, and yes there was a sign, so got a gift card, went to another store to utilize the gift card, the manager at that store said yes the gentleman could have let me return the shoes. And put the money on MY DEBIT CARD. Or gave cash back, unless not enough cash in till, then on top of that, the gentleman at the store said I could utilize my card at another store, and no I wasn't able to, but the young gal at another Dixie location worked it out for me, sob2 stars for this store and 5 stars for Dixie manor

My son got the shoes he wanted, the only problem is...the shoe sizes don't match. So now I'm sitting here waiting for them to open but on the website it said they open at 10....the hours on the website need to be corrected.

I've shop here every month and always spend more than I anticipated, I get email saving if you spend 150.00 you will get a twenty dollar reward I only received it once I spent more than that just this Saturday over 200.00 waiting on my reward, so all in all my nephew loves to shop her I'm just his bank.
