me and my girlfriend who also left a review purchased a car from them back in february we have been dealing with difficulties since the purchase. they took the check engine light out, lied about the car not having a oil leak and gave us the run around. for any first time buyer i wouldn’t recommend coming to do business here they are not honest/helpful people.

Very scandalous dealership. Everyone is always clueless and offer the bare minimum help. They lied about what was wrong with a car I purchased even after being asked several questions.

I purchased a car from here back in February with my partner it has been a living hell since then. For starters we let them know when we drove the car it was jerking possibly due to it having no oil in it and a possible oil leak. My partner use to work at auto zone so knowing some basics about the car wasn’t hard. They let us know they’ll have their mechanic look at it before we picked the car up the next day. We came the next day and they said there was no leak. A few weeks later the car began to act up we took it to our own mechanic and there was indeed a leak. The cherry on top is because I have an Atlanta license I had to go to Atlanta to get my tags. You have to pass an emissions test what we failed to realize our engine light bulb had been taken out. So after a 7 hour drive to Atlanta we were informed that our car couldn’t pass the emissions test due to several codes within the car that couldn’t be determined before hand because we had no clue and thought we had purchased a up to part car. So we drove back 7 more hours with no tags!!

Update: they are not honest people like they say they are we are possibly going to court now for them trying to garnish my check from the transmission going out after having the vehicle for 3-4 months Something seems off be careful when getting a car from these people they will lie and turn things around like it’s your fault keep your proof record every conversation.
My first time getting a car from them and they helped me a lot even with bad credit I really appreciate it all especially the honesty thanks again I’ll be sending people your way.

Update: to respond to your comment about the warranty you guys said even in the warranty the car wasn’t worth putting the money into because it costs $5,000. So even if it was still under warranty you guys weren’t going to replace the transmission anyways because it was a cvt transmission and you guys knew that it wouldn’t last long. As explained even if we racked up a lot of miles the car still went out before it reached 12,000 miles and only lasted for 3 months.
We financed a 2016 Nissan Versa from them back in November 2023 and only had the car until March 2024 and the transmission went out so it only lasted a few months! They sold the car at an auction for $2,100 and saying we still owe them around $7,000 for a car that they sold and knew it was a lemon! They said we ran up the miles on the car but that had nothing to do with the transmission going out it should’ve still been running! There are people who do Lyft, Uber, Instacart and much more daily and their car still runs even if they put a lot of miles on it. They caused us a big financial bind because after only having the car for a few months the transmission went out and we had to struggle to get another car smh. I definitely would NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. They aren’t honest people and even if it’s not your fault that the car messed up they still want to charge you or put the balance on your credit smh! They get no stars from me in fact they are in the negative with stars from us!

My friend bought a 2014 NissanVersa, she had problems from day one.They dud work to the vehicle many times and it was a LEMON. The get you to sign on the dotted line. They will play the contract/Court game !!!!!!!!! Call the BBB asap !!!!

Circus Auto is a scam they never answer the phone check engine light keep coming on they tell me they giving me a deal by fixing it at Discounted price pay the money with no problem than 1 day later the check engine light back on to find out the whole under body carriage had a hole in it than on top of that I put more money in it than it was Worth please find another place to shop at all yeah the car will look good on the outside but will be a Lemon in the long run

Got a Jeep from them. Lost my son to Gun violence in October 2021. Made my payments up until I had to pay for his funeral. Volunteer to turn the Jeep in until 2 weeks. When I tried to retrieve the Jeep they would allow me to get it back. Fast forward to 2024. I no loner live in Kentucky to find out they took me to court for a garment. Bad Business!!!!

I can't complain they was having a hell of a sale in December bc they closed there cash lot so I got a 2018 Pathfinder for an amazing price! very nice upfront workers didn't follow us around pressuring us to buy great carlot imo I hate to see them go
