bought a mattress that he recommended and I have had nothing but back pain and it sinks in. then he says he can't do anything about it and for me to put a topper on it. definitely won't buy from him again. very cheaply made mattresses.

Chuck is a excellent person. He is honest and can tell he has a love for people. He was not pushy and very welcoming. Pricing was very good and come on lavender pillows?! Sign me up!! Very happy we found his store and will chose him going forward! Thanks again Chuck!

I purchased a queen sized bed to put in my daughters spare room. They delivered on time. Called ahead to let us know they were coming. Bought a King sized bed for my own home. It also was delivered on time. It is so comfortable I can't wait to get into it to go to sleep. Then I don't want to get out of it. Gonna buy another to go in my other daughters house. I have always been treated with courtesy & prompt service. Plus good prices.

My husband and I bought our first bed and frame together from Chuck 5 years ago. We then moved to another city, bought a house, and needed new living room furniture. Not only did Chuck allow us to view what he can order from the comfort of our home, but once our order came in, he delivered the furniture an hour and a half away from E-town! Fast forward 2 years, my husband and I have moved back to E-town and we needed some bedroom furniture as well as a new dresser for our soon to be born baby boy. Who did we call? Chuck's Mattress Outlet!

This is a new mattress store that has great prices and friendly and knowledgeable staff. I bought a gel infused memory foam king mattress there and saved over a $1600. Everybody needs to check this store out.
