My middle school aged daughter and I came into the store today for new racquets. She is brand new to tennis and I haven’t played for many years. I thought we might try the store’s racquet demo program to test out some options. The gentleman who welcomed and assisted us talked with us about what we needed and rather than the demo program, suggested a racquet suited to our current skill levels and at a highly accessible price point. He was very knowledgeable, transparent, and just a pleasure to engage with. And though I’d had some hesitation about buying before trying - he was absolutely SPOT ON in his recommendation. We hit for a couple hours afterward with our new racquets and couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you so much!

My wife and I used them to find our next tennis racquets. They were very knowledgeable and patient as we searched for the right fit. They definitely have our business for stringing and future racquet needs from now on.

I have been a Chuck & Mike's customer for 17 yrs and that should say it all. Chuck is very passionate about his business and has been the perfect equipment coach for both myself and my wife. We highly recommend them for your tennis and pickleball needs!

Wish I would've been told that I couldn't return shoes if I didn't like the way they fit after wearing. Wore for 1.5hrs playing pickleball and didn't like the way they feel. Called to see if I could exchange and they wouldn't take them back. I guess I'll keep shopping at Fleet Feet. They have a great return policy!!

Amazing! First time walking in, not only were they beyond helpful with our sons first racket. They explained everything so well! Truly appreciate the above and beyond service and help we go today! Highly recommend them, and so worth the trip.

Very bad experience with Chuck. Recently, I bought a brand new Babolat racquet. It exhibited a crack after one time use. I contacted Chuck regarding this issue. He aggreged that it was a crack, but he cannot honor for a replacement. I had to make ten trips to the store. But, he never responded to the phone calls. Very poor customer service. The goods are very expensive along with VERY POOR customer service. Note that if you step outside after purchasing any product you CANNOT return even if it is in unused condition. You can purchase the same products at online stores for cheaper price with better customer service. I never go back to this store.

I visit Louisville frequently to see family. I always enjoy my visits to Chuck & Mike’s when I do. Super friendly service and they’re about as helpful as can be. Their demo program is great. I got plenty of time with Yonex racquets to try them out then figure out which was best for me. Highly recommend them as your go-to place for all things tennis.

Extremely slow service, staff members are unfriendly and unknowledgeable. To restring a racquet will take over a week when there are many local tennis clubs that only have 1-2 day turnover. Staff try to peddle Yonex supplies as if they are sponsored by this brand and act like this is the end all product that every person should use. Also still have mask mandate well past COVID restrictions being lifted from local hospitals. Overall, this store has slow working and unfriendly staff that are more concerned with watching television in the store versus helping people out. Would take my business elsewhere (there are many tennis shops in the area nearby including Louisville indoor racquet club, Louisville tennis club, Advantage tennis that all offer similar products at comparable or lower prices).
