“Not the best Once Upon in Louisville, but they have a great staff and a nice selection. We've never been disappointed or upset by anything purchased at this location.Be warned, it's a very small space and can feel incredibly claustrophobic at times. If you want/need a larger building, the Once Upon off of Taylorsville Rd would be a better one to visit first.”

“Located around the center point of the Jefferson mall. This is an idea place to get cheaper baby and toddler clothes. They run great sales at these franchises. With 4 daughters and a wife that loves clothes shopping for them this place has taken plenty of my money. You can order online and pickup if you do not find what you like or your size in the actual store. At this particular location they do a decent job keeping it well kept. Kinda a small store so pretty cramped and the service quality is hit and miss like most mall stores when dealing with mainly teenage workers.”
