Recently had the privilege of working with the professionals at Chef Supply. From the beginning Dave and his staff treated me like family. I was a blown away by their amazing service, exceptional fabrication shop, and field technicians that made installation a breeze. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I couldn’t be happier with my equipment and look forward to working with Chef Supply in the future.

Would definitely recommend this business to anyone and everyone. The owner of the business David is a very kind man who seems to be very fair and cares about what is coming out of his shop, and also small ware store. Over the years doing business with chef supply I have also met his son James who is a very fine young man Himself, always helpful in any possible way he can be. The last time I was in there I had a young man named Andy help me out in the small wear store finding a few things and he was very beneficial. Over the years I have been to several other businesses in the restaurant industry similar to Chef’s supply but they are by far the best. Keep up the good work fellas!!!

Knowledgeable, courteous, and very responsive. From first step to finish, Chef Supply’s attention to detail and open lines of communication with staff is what separates them from the rest. Was also very impressed with in-house fabrication services, the quality is paralleled by none. Very seamless and pleasant experience, as they treated me more like family and not “just another job”. Highly recommend!

HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE !!! Customer service and poor installation and repair—because of the absolute disregard for taking responsibility for the issues that exist on the equipment that was installed. I called in last year to address a issue about our restaurant not cooling correctly with the equipment they installed. Needless to say this year it was messing up again and I call in to have someone come and look at it.The guy who handles the repairs sets up a appointment and I stay at my business all day the day he is supposed to come and guess what? The guy never shows so when I call in he says he got tied up and it’s not his responsibility to let me know he couldn’t make it lol got super rude and hung up on me.The next day I left a review on my experience and the owner decided to tell me if I didn’t take the post down he wouldn’t try to assist me at all in getting captiv air come help me. So me needing help like I do I agreed and he said he’d get back to me the next day. Well guess what again a month later nothing so I called captiv air myself and they are coming out Friday.Because of his disregard and the condensation that the units they installed are causing issues I had a employee fall today and fracture her wrist and quit my business. This is totally careless and reckless and not the way to run a business and then to threaten me with not helping me with what you installed and always giving me the run around and claim you installed right I’m doing what I feel is right by letting everyone know I WOULD ABSOLUTELY GO ELSEWHERE AND USE A COMPANY THAT WILL HELP YOU WITH THE ISSUES THEY HAVE CAUSED.

CHEF supply is great. You are greeted as soon as you walk in like family. They have been supplying me for years with good quality equipment and great customer service. Ask anyone i around where to go and the answer is Chef Supply for all your restaurant needs.

Never ever buy or get any service from here, the owner and the sale rep are nasty. All they want just money from you and never got the service done completely.Totally disappointed. Too expensive.I would not recommend it.
