Drove to showroom and ordered the parts I needed. When I got the order, was missing a grab bar. It was back ordered (wasn't told that). Had to call the showroom, the warehouse four times on this backorder. By this time my contractor was done so now the back order would not arrive in time. I canceled it. While opening the shower ensemble, found that the box contained two shower arms but no 1/2 inch flange to cover the wall opening. Had to drive to two local businesses to find and buy the shower/arm/flange combo in different finish. Not happy!!

Went to Fergusons on Shelbyville Rd. in Louisville, Ky. Ordered a commode. First they told us delivery would be free and then tried charging us. The tank was delivered broken to pieces so we wanted to return it. Now they want to charge me $150 for sending the commode back!!! Really??? It was the companies fault we were delivered a broken commode and they want to charge the customer???

I have used Ferguson on 2 different projects and absolutely phenomenal customer service. Donna Allen was my sales person both times. They have gone above and beyond with expectations!!! If only I could give 10 stars!

Beautiful store and products but it's very difficult to get an associate to help you. I was in for a new faucet and had a simple question. I was told repeatedly by the associate at the front desk someone would be with me shortly. I never did see a floor associate, after what felt like forever I gave up and went to Lowes.

I have visited this store three times. Each time I repeatedly asked for a sales person to help me. After waiting over 30 minutes each time I left.... Including the last time. The receptionist stayed on the phone the entire time as I stood in front of her. She kept saying it would be just a minute. Nope same as the other times over 30 minutes waiting for a sales person. This past visit there were other patrons in the store that left before me. I do not know how they stay in business.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. First, when we entered the store she told us that there was limited capacity and that we would have to wait in the car until they called. I honestly didn't have a huge problem with that until I heard a lady say she was going to look at something real fast and they let her enter. After we got to enter the showroom and found some items we loved, she couldn't help because she had to stand at the door, but we could be put on a waitlist or look it up online. I did not drive to the store to then go look it up online. This store has some really nice pieces, but very poor customer service. They took social distancing to a new level! All in all, we wanted to purchase items for our bathroom remodel today, but I refuse to buy from a place with poor customer service.

Pros: The showroom is beautiful! Lots of item choices on hand to view.Cons: for the prices charged, quality is definitely lacking!My experience: I've had plumbers in home, twice now, expecting a flaw free, mfg defect-free tub to be delivered and received. Three tubs have been sent out to me, three tubs have had issues and had to be returned. At present, no compensation for the cost of plumbers waiting around, planning to perform tub installation twice, nor any offer to repair tub with cost reduction for defects in lieu of returning item. Surely, someone must be able to repair these tubs after installation, thus eliminating the need to pay another plumbing run charge.My project now is more than a week behind, will be unfinished for Christmas and visitors, because of poor quality merchandise received from this company. Greatly disappointed!

Went here to shop for some bathroom showers/vanities for my basement that we are finishing. The place is very large and does have a large selection and the layout is very inviting and near. Like a huge showroom floor of the best stuff. We went on a late Thursday morning and there wasn't many people there at all. Our issue was the workers. The few we spoke too seemed to either be unknowledgeable, uninterested and lacked customer service skills. The lady working the front entrance I hope was new because she was clueless about everything including the layout. The representing that she finally got for us after about 15 min of us roaming around seemed like she would rather get a route canal then help us out. Also kinda spoke to us like we were the expert and should know about the brands and product. When the main focus of our visit is to to see what our options were and to see what we liked. I'd say about 24-48 hours we made our purchase but not from here. The customer service experience turned us off. The pricing at This establishment is in the high end. However as mentioned they only have high end things on the showroom floor. So that is to be expected. Most people including us do not mind to spend a little extra for nicer things but we do expect to recover knowledgeable and helpful information before making a purchase of large magnitude.

Difficult to get to talk to sales person but once I got into the showroom they had interesting fixtures and good pricing.
