Central Park has a vibe all its own. Cool, comfortable, and even in this day and age, it feels safe. I was there with friends to enjoy the Jazz music festival but it's great anytime just to chill and relax.

Quaint - relaxing - shady - available by bus. Understandably, parking is difficult especially during events. But I still like that it's in a neighborhood.
