Worst pawn shop I have been too came at 11am 1 person a head of me and 3 people working 1 lady doing all the work and even answering phone too, but 2 others just watching her. Customer service sucks go some where else

Ridiculous offer on my item. Crazy low ballers. I brought in a j BL 5.1 soundbar and bass woofer was offered $75 lol. I was told by the guy we will only sell it for a hundred. I know good and well that isn't true. The pawn shop is not in business just to make it $25 profit off of an item like that. This item was selling used in several different places for and 240 plus. The system I have is still selling for $399.99 new at Best buy. These people are ridiculous up here. They must think that people are so hard up that they will take any kind of offer. Well guess what not me!

Came in didn’t open on time the person told me to wait. I had to wait for her to get off the phone just for her to give someone a key to assist me. Victoria was on the phone didn't help after she got off the phone just decided to talk to a customer instead of helping a paying customer discussing non related work or purchasing information. Greeted that customer while on the phone and no one else. Keep work at work and personal outside of work. The young man that assisted me was new but assisted more than the two that was there. His service is five stars. The rating is for the other two.

I went there to oawn my ring and I wasn't sure of the kt. The lady tried telling me it wasn't real. They always say my stuff isn't real then go somewhere else and it was 18kt real pure gold. They NEVER are fair. Yes they need to make there's too but they are just crooks. Hate to say it.

Virginiais the most kind and sweet person! I had to pawn my ring because my dog got sick and I had to put her to sleep. Virginiawas so compassionate over my loss up date on my review it ended up costing me $80dollars on a 200 dollar loan because I pawned it in August and went in. In September and payed the 40dllars to get that out of the way but the girl with the 3 different color die hair didn't bother to write it down and I figured she put it in the computer but I was wrong she ripped me off so ween I went in. In October I had to pay 40dllars again! People like that don't care about how it is going to affect the other person I give to my church and that money could have helped a lot of people in my church community if you go here I would only have Virginia wait on you I don't know about any of the others but don't let the girl with the different color died wait on you because she will rip you off! I tryed to explain but I had no prove make sure you have proof! Of what you pay. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt but in a place like that I guess you can't trust anyone she's going to give this place a bad name.

Waited to see a firearm, was told I would have to wait to until the gun manager was available. I'm obviously a queer person, he proceeded to help some rough country guys who came on after me but ignored me completely. Then went and sat in the back, I asked and they told me he was waiting on ATF but had help other customers. It was very clear he didn't want to help me and was doing anything possible to not help me. Guess I was too queer to even be acknowledged. The female staff were all helpful.

I think that they are not doing their job well. I also think that their boss would not like to know this. These people from yesterday called my gold garments fake in front of other unprofessional people, apart from grating my ugly gold, they have no experience with the job. go to that store on the other hand he went to another pawn shop and I was able to solve my problem

Employees are always friendly and helpful any time I have ever been there & there's always a wide variety of things to look at & they are also reasonable priced & any time I have pawned or sold anything there they have always paid me a very reasonable price
