Awful place to pawn , nasty customer service the supervisor or whatever who’s in charge of this pawn it’s super nasty and rude , very very nasty with customer service . I won’t recommend this place to nobody , can’t wait to pick up my item , it’s horrible place and people .

I stopped y the Preston Highway store to look at laptops. The one I saw was not cleaned, took forever, and not anywhere close to being worth the price. The deal breaker was when my son needed to use the restroom and they wouldn’t allow it. Instead of looking for a laptop to purchase, we left. They lost out on a $250+ sale over the restroom. It was also dark and dingy in there.

I brought the same ring in 3 separate times, each time it was priced differently. The first time they quoted me $50, the second time I was quoted $250, the last time I was quoted $75. The second & third time was a week apart & was looked at by the same person which was the heavier set black guy who is very rude & cocky for someone who doesn’t do his job consistently. I told him what he had quoted me the week prior & he basically told me I was a liar, shoved my ring back towards me & said that the best they could do is $75. I literally asked him when I brought it in the first time if the price would be the same & he said yes & that he would make a note on my account because I wasn’t interested in pawning it that day. The manager who is a heavier set white woman with blonde hair, who is the one who apparently determines how many karats the gold is, decided that mine was 14k one week then 10k the next. I would honestly take my business elsewhere. If you do end up going there, do your research especially if you are selling because they just play guessing games, they are rude & lack consistency & accountability.

Went up with an genuine issue. Apparently the store manager from Dixie, Tanya, failed to update our information and we lost all of our items. Thanks to her incompetence I was able to buy back my items at 3X the price.The women behind the counter were looking to pick a fight with my husband immediately but by the end they were much more empathetic with there mistake. Not empathetic enough to offer a managers discount but enough to point at the complaint number on the wall.

Ever since the one on Preston by durrett lane closed down we started shopping these one always seem to get good deals friendly knew us by name until I recently needed some cash so I decided to pawn a charm my husband bought and never even wore the guy working that day tested it and said it was fake sure enough it was 750.oo we gave for this charm was told to leave store their was nothing they could do for me went down the street to sharp mart the guy there was so helpful and friendly call DM and got me a full refund but please be careful I got lucky people trust that the gold in these places IS 100% real I WONT NO MORE

Advertised a sale of 30% off entire order when buying 3 or more items, then refused to honor it when I tried to buy a lot because the flyer was incorrectly worded. Waited 20+ minutes for nothing.
