Great place to look for beautiful jewelry!! ?
You can say what you want about "used " jewelry, but it's new to me and Soso much cheaper so you can buy more pieces. I believe they have musical instruments, and you can get foot pedals (much cheaper than new). I never knew they were so dang expensive!
Either way, this place has a little bit of everything. Go check them out.

I brought quality saws and tools to sell and was literally quoted $50 for both DeWalt Miter Saw and a Wen Scroll Saw. Those are junkie prices or stolen prices and I'm not a junkie and items not stolen so don't go there to sell anything; only excuse was "we're quick cash place" so they knew what it was worth just tried rip a gal off... NEVER again will I buy from them or sell anything; they used to be reputable.

Event happened at preston location but store manage is at Dixie locationWent up with an genuine issue. Apparently the store manager from Dixie, Tanya, failed to update our information and we lost all of our items. Thanks to her incompetence I was able to buy back my items at 3X the price.The women behind the counter were looking to pick a fight with my husband immediately but by the end they were much more empathetic with there mistake. Not empathetic enough to offer a managers discount but enough to point at the complaint number on the wall.

PLZ SHARE!!!!No matter where you live!!!!?????I waited awhile before deciding to post this but my girls and I are beyond livid, this past month my mom has had things stolen from her, items such as cash, jewelry and Christmas gifts?♀️??♀️? I dont want to go into anymore detail but I am asking for help on one particular item which can NEVER be replaced.. it is a womans gold ring with the april birthstone ( diamond ) sept (blue sapphire ) oct Pink stone.. it was her mothers ring but not just any store bought ring , the band was her bestfriend of 50 + years and when she passed her husband took out the previous stones and had Moms 3 stones put in which makes this a very personal piece.. My moms wishes was to be buried with this ring when the time comes for her???, I dont have pictures as of now but we are working on that , but i can identify it if i see it... i will be offering a reward $$$$ should it be found.. so I'm asking you guys to keep an eye open on these sale sites and market place ect to see if you can help locate it.. this is absolutely ridiculous that this even happened to her?♀️???♀️??3 stone ring, mothers ring, blue pink and white stones.. share this post a million times and let the power of fb bring this back to her... thanks guys..( one heated daughter here )

Came in looking for a tablet for my daughter and after standing around waiting for someone I walked up to the young dark skinned gentleman he opened the case and almost rushed me to pick something, before I could get to the second case he was telling me he received a % of whatever I got so put something in layway !I will go to Walmart and pay top prices before someone rushes me to pick something that probably don't even work so they can profit ! Rude Af!

ZERO STARSThey are thefts…. Said they called me on one day the 16th to inform me that I was going loss my firearm…. They called me on the 17th day after it was supposed to be pulled and now it’s already sold. I’m pretty sure the worker is the one who brought it because they had been trying to get me to sell it. The computer said something different then what was wrote down.The manager has poor customer service he kept walking away and going to the back

Always have a good experience here. Things have changed over the years because of different ownership but this has nothing to do with employees. Almost anywhere you go you now have to purchase a warranty and they are no different. Not that I agree with any of this but it is everywhere not just them. I always purchase a warranty with items I am unsure of and have never had a problem returning within the warranty window. I buy more than sell as they are a pawn shop and I only expect to get 20-30% of what something is worth. It’s business so I try to stick to other outlets to sell items. Keeping these things in mind I have good experiences.

I used to go here on Dixie all the time they had really good deals until a couple of weeks ago I went in bought a generator box for $50 took it back the very next day they would not refund it or even exchange it for anything he said it was under New Management I've been going there for years but I've learned not to ever go back that place shouldn't be open because they do not do business right at all very poor business

I walked in a few days ago and they had a nice heavy 14 karat bracelet in the case for a good price. I wanted to pay a little less and I dealt with the manager Ray. We were not able to come to an agreement on price which is completely understandable so I left. They have my phone number on file so I got a call the next day from Ray. He offered me a better price on the bracelet, one that I couldn't refuse. We agreed on a setup that had me put it in layaway so they could hit their metrics and I would be able to get the better price because of it. and I told him that I would either be in later that day or the next day. He was fine with that. So the next day I walk in ready to put the bracelet in layaway but it was gone. I wasted a half an hour of my life to follow up on an agreement that was made with the manager of the store. Ray, if you are reading this you should consider being more thoughtful of people's time, and also consider sticking to the agreements you make. Oh well, one less pawn shop in the city that gets my money.
