Event happened at preston location but store manage is at Dixie locationBeware of incompetenceWent up with an genuine issue. Apparently the store manager from Dixie, Tanya, failed to update our information and we lost all of our items. Thanks to her incompetence I was able to buy back my items at 3X the price.The women behind the counter were looking to pick a fight with my husband immediately but by the end they were much more empathetic with there mistake. Not empathetic enough to offer a managers discount but enough to point at the complaint number on the wall.

Horrible experience. Asked questions about their laptops and was ridiculed and told that I was being rude. Will never return. Would give 0 stars if at all possible. Don't waste your time. They're a joke

My friend bought me a ring for 700 bucks it said 18kt the diamond looked cloudy so i took it to another pawn shop that said that it was 14 kt and cubic zirconia

I got a cannon camera and dude said that there was a sim card in it and “showed me” but when i got home my camera wouldn’t turn on and my sim card wasn’t in there smh

They were pretty fast in helping me out and even helped me out and came out to help me in with my stuff to pawn. And they gave me a fair price for pawning my stuff and I will be going back to see them if I ever need help again and I will say this the store on Broadway will NEVER get my business again as who ever the manager thinks he is ... Bad customer service and he shouldn't even be able to be a employee at the most a manager lol they must really need help... don't go to the store on Broadway lol but the dixie store is way more professional and has better stuff than Broadway..

Just bought a mountain bike from them it was originally like 60$ but dude found out he could of reduced the price and did to 30$ dude even fixed my kickstand and aired up my tires for me and made sure the brakes and everything was good

Well i was here at 9:22am and they were not open, when it clearly says open on the maps app.if your not going to be open it should not say that you're going to be open this I give the very big thumbs down and -2 Stars

Awfully rude,compleatley unprofessional and down right con artists if you ask me. I feel as if it was because he failed to do his job correctly. I've filed a complaint with the bbb and contacted corporate officials on the matter .

One employee was sitting on counter facing away and talking to the other employee. We were not greeted at all and was not offered any sort of assistance. Did not seem like they wanted my business so we walked out. Would not recommend. I get it if it’s slow but at least show interest that there may be someone in the store that may be interested in what you are offering.

I started there in 1999 and very soon became the Assistant Manager. The training and professionalism taught I believe is just a thing of the past. I was in the back doing P.F.I.’s ( pulling for inventory) when someone had left the back door unlocked and a small female clerk was in the back retrieving an item to be picked up and to everyone’s surprise there was a robber hiding back there waiting on her ! He grabbed her from behind with something to her neck and headed straight my direction! I was on the other side of a long closed off table pricing VCR’s. As soon as he cleared one of the storage racks, I hurled the VCR at his head! He could either duck or eat it. When he hit the floor, I hid on the other side of the long closed table. That day, the Regional Manager was there in the office with the Store Manager, they couldn’t give the robber what he wanted fast enough so he went through the swinging doors right into the store and crashed the first jewelry case, grabbed what he could and ran out the door!You can go to Months and Months of Manager meetings on giving the correct prices and taking in Genuine merchandise and being extremely polite. But it just takes 1 PTSD incident like that to internally change you. And let me ask you, how many strong arm robberies and Murders have taken place in Louisville since then (1999)?
