I have been coming into this facility for years I have bought sold and pawned stuff me and my fiancé both, yes I understand it’s a pawn shop and yes I understand your never gonna get what you pay for things but apparently they have a new general manager who is beyond ridiculous I went into the store with my brand new 12999 dollar gaming pc and was told it was not worth more then 400 dollars even though it was built the 9 th of last month also brought in a pcc tower I bought from them that they have loaned and I have payed back the loan for 140 everytime it’s been brought in quoted 80 dollars on the pc I needed up walking out with all my stuff as it was being placed in in an attempt to get a down payment for a vehicle I was interested in, I will be pulling all my stuff out and never setting foot in that store again and would highly recycle everyone else do the same as he is ridicule unfair and has no customer appreciation I feel bad for the people rewuired to work under him and will spread the word fro everyone to avoid them like the plague unless you wanna get bent over avoid this idiot

Worst pawn shop ever they sold me an Apple Watch that was locked and refused to take responsibility for it then hung up as I was talking with them when the item was purchased 2 hours before. Please don’t spend your money at this place now I’m out $100.

Pawned a couple firearms here, and thou everything went as expected, the staff comes off very dude, like as if u can to there house and your lucky to be there.

I had a couple questions about my ring and the two guys behind the counter was very rude. When I walked in the customer before me they was giving him a hard time I guess I should have known that they would talk to me the same way
