Something seems up with that Kelly dude I just bought a phone from best buy and their return policy is 15 days... I didn't get a receipt totally forgot .... now I'm not trying to sell or pawn it but so what if I was? I didn't steal my phone I just bought it. You gonna say I can't sell it to a pawn shop now because I don't have my receipt when I didn't buy it from that pawn shop? Sounds stupid to me and Kelly you sound like you work for or own that shop you snake

Forget these guys. Told me no to something I brought in brand new. Just didn’t need it anymore and wanted some extra cash. They said they won’t offer anything without a receipt and it could be stolen. I’ve never in my lifetime had that happen at a pawn shop and I’ve been to many. I took it to the next pawnshop and sold it right away. Maybe they should stop stereotyping people at the door and their reviews will get better. Only a idiot would bring something stolen into a place where there’s cameras and you do fingerprints.

They have always done me super good. As long as you read your contract you know what your terms are. I have never had a bad experience with these people. I've been doing business with them for a few years now and it's always been straight on the contract I sign.

I put gun on layaway due date I thought was11 ended up it was the 3.my new number was on all the papers and they failed to update it .so they sold the gun and kept my funny all the gun i have purchasedthere and they cant get my number to call me.they lost my business .they just want take your money dont go here. 100.funny

Crooks. They really enjoy the little power they finally have in there miserable lives. They take advantage of people in a bad spot. That should be there logo. Having a bad day come in and we will kick you some more..I never write these things. They are the modern day loan shark. They are probably owned by payday loan companies.The worst..Smug. Did a pawn on my IPad went back and got it a code was put on my tablet to now I can’t get back in it and the store keeps acting like they don’t know the code but when i brought it in there was not an code on it. Now he just have me trying different codes that keep locking up my tablet.

Don't pawn anything here. I went in to pay interest on my pawn they said it wasn't due for 2 weeks. 2 weeks later I went to pay and get it out and They had sold my jewelry. I cried and begged the manager to sell it back to me and he wouldn't. He said they sent it to be melted. They will rip you off and keep your stuff. They did it on purpose because it was worth way more than I pawned it for. I do hold a grudge they ripped me off on purpose and lied about the due date. They pay very little for gold jewelry and then try to keep your stuff.

I don't know whoever the manager is but he's a real a******* I have been paying on my pawn ticket for months just unable to get my item out since you can't pay down any longer . They called me on a Friday and said I needed to make a payment, I got sick and didn't make it there until Monday. Went in and they sold it. Don't use this place it sucks I've used it for years but never again if I get down on my luck..,oh well!! The management SUCKS

Will update my review after my visit today.~~~If the hours on your door say 10 to 6. It should mean that. I showed up at 5:42 Over the phone he told me they don't do business past 5:45. Please change your hours of operation on your door and website. No human compassion regarding Financial struggles and the pandemic. I was in there 2 weeks ago picking up my laptop and Told the Clark this was my go to store because their decent always treated me right. Today saturdy October 3rd at 5:40 I was told they close at 5:45 so they can get out of there. I even called him and told him I was literally 2 minutes out and he told me to come back on Monday. That's the issue. they are closed on Sunday. I even called him and told him I was literally 2 minutes out and he told me to come back on Monday. There's no human compassion amongst that Certain employee Regarding the pandemic and people struggling.. It's a struggle and there was more than enough time because I had already pond it once before so it took a split 2nd but he showed no compassion I was very nice the entire time until the end when I said I will no longer do business with you all after last week saying I only do business with you all.

Leroy Leroy Leroy. I've been going to this pawn shop for things I'm not ready to spend big bucks on like iPads for my art, or tv's for my kids rooms. I've also sold plenty of things but NEVERRRR HAVE I EVER been treated so rudely,poorly by a customer service representative. Went in with my lady and two little girls to look at a used iPad he had two total a 32gb 7th gen (which was going for $329.99 new at the Apple store) had it priced $450 and I asked... why is it so expensive when the new one is 329... Leroy says " well if you wanna drive to Apple then go ahead we're charging $450.. I say "well is there anything special for the upcharge he says... "well we been slow during pandemic so we're marking everything up to keep us up" .... "They can get a NEW one cheaper" he was overly rude, and just seemed as if working was the last thing he had on his mind. The choice of words he used were just not to be used in a professional environment anywhere... I don't want to say it was because of my skin color I was automatically dismissed... but there was not a single soul even in the parking lot with only two workers In the building. I'll go back but if I/You see Leroy you may want to ask for a different representative he just makes you not want to spend your money... it's a local business I'll pay extra to help out our economy, but with attitude I went to Best Buy got amazing service new confident product. Idk LEROY's bosses he really should be help accountable.
