“Wonderful staff and well managed service.My own car had to get repairs at a shop. Enterprise dispatched a driver to pick me up within 15 minutes. My driver was focused on safety at all times.He took the back roads to Enterprise. It made the trip relaxing and enjoyable.The fall colors had started to pop, and the morning was refreshing. He had soft classical music playing. Better trip than having to travel on the interstate.The woman at Enterprise was very professional. She and I went over the car I would be using. She explained all the documents carefully and my responsibilities.I called and asked to extend my days and was assured it was no problem.My car at the repair shop was finally ready.This was Halloween afternoon.It was late, and Enterprise was closing, so the pickup drivers were already gone.Well, all good tales must have at least one odd issue. Why not on Halloween?I went to the repair shop and paid my bill. I needed to return the rental to Enterprise.A service person from where my had been repaired kindly followed me as I drove the rental back then he drove me back to my car. I got to Enterprise only a few minutes before closing. Returning the car was easy.All seemed fine until I got back to pickup my car at the repair place.My keys had suddenly disappeared.Spooky!Enterprise was closed. The repair shop manager and I agreed I was given the keys. The manager of the repair shop was kind to have his shop person drive my home.The manager rechecked his office again. No keys.Believing I had dropped them in the rental car from Enterprise I called the next morning.The staff rechecked 3 times, but still no keys. They said nothing was left I in the rental.A friend drove me to pick up my car. Then I drove to Enterprise. I too found no keys but I did find my garage door opener and another item I had left. I swore I had put them in my purse. After all I was able to park my car in my garage.OK! Odd and spooky.Then the call from where I had my car repaired came. The manager of the repair shop was embrassed.The day before this man had went into office several when I had been there and carefully checked for my keys. I watched him as he did so.Now he walked in to the same office that very next Day and there the keys hung on the peg board with the tag that had my name on it.When I came later that day this kind man head was looking at his feet in shame.I can not explain it myself either.I was just grateful they were found.Maybe I should:Chalk one up for some little playful gobblins pranking.Spooky happens.Hope this storywill bring a few smiles and remind all of us to take a breath. This location did have anything at the time I had called but the sweet young lady behind the counter told me to call back later in the day because cars were scheduled to be dropped off.
