Great hotel for our stay! We came into town for a quick girls weekend and didn't really have big plans. We loved that this hotel was close to all the big attractions in Louisville and had restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is very clean and modern. There were many things I really liked about this hotel:- comfy beds- nice long couch by the big window where you could chill - full closet area- microwave and mini fridge so I could bring home leftovers - water bottle filling stations and ice makers- friendly staff- easy to use and safe feeling parking garageThe one thing I didn't love that is important to me - privacy. No fan in the bathroom and you could hear a person BREATHING in there... not ideal at all. In addition we could hear people in other rooms having *a very good time*. Overall I'd recommend a stay here, especially if you had a room to your self or were sharing with a spouse. PS. I did not know pay for this hotel so I'm not sure how fair pricing was. My friend booked through her timeshare program.

Check-in and parking were both easy and convenient. Staff was professional and very polite. It was a great, spontaneous Thanksgiving weekend shopping trip. The Flatbread (Margherita) and Caesar with Brussels sprouts..Delicious! I loved the decor and atmosphere of the bar/grill and lounge area. An overall splendid time.

Stayed for one night, went to a local show.Overall I was very happy. Modern, nice room. Oddly laid out, king room bed faces away from the door not to the side or facing. Sound insulation between rooms was ok, but not great. AC split took awhile to cool the room, it would really tax it in the summer. Water pressure was ABYSMAL.The 2 restaurants on site are very good. Had dinner and breakfast there. Well priced. Bartender seemed to really care about the drinks she was putting out.Front desk staff were nice.Didn’t go, but the pool looked small but very clean.

Everything was immaculate and great. Lots of stuff in walking distance. My only "ding" was that it was pet friendly. That's a confusing thing for non pet people. We'll see how long their facilities stay nice with the four legged guests.Otherwise, it was fantastic!

We went on a whiskey tourI visited Louisville. The hotel is as clean as the photos and has perfect parking facilities. Hotel guests can use the parking lot using their room key. And you can findamazing restaurants nearby on foot.Next time I come to Louisville, I will definitely use this accommodation. Thank you❤️ 감사합니다❤️ -from south korea travelers

Very clean, beautiful, and felt secure. Parking was easy for downtown if a little pricey but then again I'm not used to paying for parking at hotels and it's very common for downtown hotels in many cities. Check in guy was very nice and everything went smoothly. Beautiful room with an unusual setup but perfectly fine. Bed was comfy. Would have been nice to have a way to watch netflix or have a bigger selection of movies but that's a minor nitpicky thing. Just so you know, the tv in the king rooms is telescoping so you can pull it out and see it at a better angle than it's at initially. :) We forgot our toothpaste and they provided us with some for free. The bars are a good feature but I wish they were open later! I would stay there again.Safety: Felt secure. There are homeless around. I didn't have any issues.Walkability: Very walkable

Room was great. They upgraded me but I needed 2 beds as there were 4 of us on the reservation. There’s not enough parking on the property for guests.Option for the free breakfast we got was thru a restaurant downstairs connected to the hotel, someone really needs to learn to cook eggs.Nearby activities: We walked to the Yum Center for the P!nk Concert.Safety: Key card is required past the lobby.Walkability: Walkable to nearby restaurants and the Yum CenterFood & drinks: There are no food options here

Nice hotel with great customer service. I liked how it was set off to the side and not necessarily in the middle of all the huddle and bustle. It was still within walking distance of a lot of things. Not bad views. Nice hotel bar and lobby where u can purchase some things. The room set up was a little different with the bed facing the outside window. There was a lot of room and drawer/ closet space for our things. Lots of plugs and lighting. Didn't eat here but looked good. Parking is on the first floor with garage parking for$18. You might get lucky with street parking though. Lobby is on the second. There is a coffee bar only open till 1130 on the first floor.

I left my phone charger in the room and when I asked if they would mail it back (at my expense) they refused to send it regular mail. They would only send it via FedEx, which would have cost more than buying a new charger!! Even when I said I was willing to risk it being put in regular mail to save the money, they wouldn't honor my request. As a result I had to abandon my charger. Poor customer service.

Really enjoyed my short stay at Cambria.I had initially booked a room that I didn’t like and they were kind enough to accommodate & get me a new one.The hotel is very close to downtown businesses. So you could just walk to your destination instead of driving.I like the fact that there’s a restaurant located on the second floor (lobby) & a café on the first floor. So getting some food anytime (before 10pm) shouldn’t be an issue. There are also a lot of restaurants near the hotel; And even better, there’s a breakfast restaurant (egg yolk) right in front of the hotel & even a jimmy johns. So the options when it comes to good are countless.& For those who choose to drive, there’s a garage/parking lot on site, which is pretty convenient. My room was nice and spacious with a view. Can’t really complain about anything. The only issue, which is totally out of their control, is the fact that, at night, downtown Louisville has this weird sewer smell. It’s so strong that you can smell it in your room from time to time. If you can, I’d recommend bringing a scented candle and lit it at night.Overall, I’ll 100% recommend this hotel.

I was looking to potentially book a space for my baby shower and Meredith was a dream! I actually went with a different space in order to use my own food vendor but the service and hospitality shown was top tier. I also liked the space, the hotel, and the location but I will keep them in mind for the future!

Darrell helped ensure we had a fantastic stay at this Cambria making up for an unpleasant stay at another location recently.Upon booking I received a text asking if there was anything he could do to prepare for my stay. I text back asking if he could ensure we were not in a handicapped room, had an ironing board and lights in the restroom mirror were all working.Everything was perfect and he went above and beyond booking us into the larger double queen room. Darrell continued to check in on us via text throughout our stay and was exceptionally professional and friendly when we visited the front desk. Thanks to Darrell, his proactive assistance and the extreme cleanliness of this Cambria location we will be coming back regularly!!Thank you Darrell!!Walkability: Across the street is an amazing restaurant for breakfast, brunch, and lunch! Go check out a review for Wild Eggs with pictures. There is also a Jimmy John’s on the corner.

Dirty room. Asked the next morning for service. No housekeeping. Room is still dirty at 5:30pm.i requested at the front desk at 7am. Miniappolis cambria was worse at only 2 months old. Chris at the front desk was helpful. The bartender was amazing. Food was good except the tarter sauce for the fish and chips was actually blue cheese. Not a huge deal. Easily remedied with no trouble. Salmon the first night in the hotel restaurant was also very good. Room is what you should expect from a Cambria in a major city. Great staff normally. Housekeeper sometimes has challenges with staffing. 2 night stay.Rooms: Nice.Nearby activities: Bourbon. Museums. Places to eat.
