On August 12th I took my 2021 Ford F150, XLT to Bally Ford to verify that the powertrain warranty was still good. I have had continuous problems with the transmission hard shifting and explain that at the service department. The service department verified that the warranty was still there and sent me over to another individual that handled Transmission scheduling, the individual took my name and phone number and now I’m at week three and still have not received a phone call to give me a appointment to have the transmission diagnosed
If Ford F150 is having these kind of issues with transmissions and they should come up with a solution to rectify the problems and the dealership should be able to handle all the problems as they’re coming through. My understanding of an appointment is you pick a date that’s available on a calendar, Jess says you were going to a doctors office, but I can’t even get that

They are scammers. They put very low prices on internet without telling potential customers you have to be an employee to get that deal. That's very misleading and deceitful and wastes potential customer's time. What a scam.

Would NOT purchase a vehicle here due to their service dept alone. I’ve made multiple attempts to get my vehicle serviced here. Started with Chris, he pawns me off to Chuck. Called him 3 days in a row with no answer and would not return my messages.

I never make post but this needed to be shared. Karen is by far the absolute best Car Sales lady in the Business. If you are looking for your New vehicle please consider Karen at Byerly Ford She is truly an angel. We had the pleasure of buying our 1st new car in 18 years yesterday. She was not only professional but went above and beyond to make hubby and me comfortable with such a big purchase! We will only see her in the future for all our family vehicle needs. I honestly can't thank her enough for all her kindness ?

I have enjoyed working with Byerly Ford through the years. even though I moved out of the area I still trust them for parts and service. My last interaction was a computer update on my F150 King Ranch. They actually came to my house to do the update recall. Great to work with.

I have stopped by the dealership to look at the f150. When I asked a lady at front desk about sales person she called them and a young white man showed up. He immediately reacted disrespectfully and I was surprised the man is really a raciest. He didn’t even want to talk to me but because of his job he did acted like I am home less.He didn’t even offer me to go and look and test drive at all instead he was talking weird and end of the time he want to tell him I can’t effort the price. When I said I want to put 10k down after he pretend to act little better. I don’t want to be judge by my looks or skin we all are same and have same feelings. Our country is great America and face of the work that’s why we don’t judge the people. Hopefully someone else don’t get treated like me. I will not be going back at Byerly Ford at Dixie HWY Louisville. Because I got bad impression. As I have past history of buying other vehicles I would like to see more friendly and respectful place to go. We pay same no matter rich or poor. We all are human. Really felt bad today.

I purchased my first ever car at Byerly Ford and my sales consultant, Karen Wheeler, was extremely helpful throughout the whole experience. She offered great advice and was able to help me navigate through the car buying process and jump over some unexpected hurdles along the way. Purchasing a vehicle is always a large and important decision, and I could tell that she had my best interest in mind when assisting me. Thank you Karen and the rest of the Byerly team!

I just purchased a 2024 Ford Escape Active. My sales person was Camden Cardwell. He is AWESOME! He made this the best car buying experience ever. He is knowledgeable, patient and very professional. He actually listened to what I wanted and delivered! He was totally prepared which made this process seamless. Even though my sale is complete, he continues to be available answering my questions. Now that's customer service! I highly recommend Byerly Ford. If you need a vehicle please check them out, you won’t be disappointed.

All my concerns except the primary of a vibration was corrected. I am working with the service manager to contiue working through this problem. I called him 5 days ago with no return call back???

Booked an appointment online to have the AC power plug replaced on my F-150. Showed up for the appointment and Chuck told me oh you can't book that online you have to call. Wasted my entire day rearranging things to be here. If you can't book it online then remove your online booking.
This is a pretty consistent experience with this place which is why I didn't buy the thing here to begin with. I had hoped I would have a better experience this time around but it was even worse.

Excellent experience my husband and I both recently purchased vehicles and we are very pleased with them and the service we received. Ms Karen Wheeler was our sales consultant and 5 stars isn’t enough she deserves a million ! This is the second car my husband has purchased with her and this time she made his dreams come true by doing all she could to make sure he got exactly the car he was wanting ! She was relentless in helping me finding my perfect fit for me car and made sure the whole process was stress free quick and professional! Not including she is one of the kindest souls I have met you need to go see her she is the real MVP ! She goes above ans beyond I promise you will leave happy !
