We went to Byerly looking for a new car. We were greeted by a few and we ask for Karen Wheeler (I had previously talked to her on the phone). We felt at ease right away with her. She was so friendly, yet professional! She was fast and efficient. She was willing to show us any vehicle that I wanted to see and test drive! I would most definitely recommend going to Byerly and for sure recommend using Karen!

Buyer beware: This dealership plays gamesI emailed about information on a vehicle I saw on line. Kat called me this morning stating the vehicle was in stock at the showroom. We drove 2 hours out of our way, wasting our time and VERY precious gas to get to the dealership and they said that the vehicle had been sold a week ago.Make sure that when these people call you that you ask specific questions since they want to be underhanded and get you into the dealership at whatever cost. Let's just say, I am not thrilled to be lied to or if not lied to, then Kat doesn't know how to do her job as a customer service agent. She is a poor reflection on this dealership and the main reason for this review. Don't waste people's time.

Worst customer service. Spoke to two managers today and they told us they don't value us as customers because we bought an extended warranty through somebody they don't deal with. They refuse to work with the warranty company and we have spoken with the warranty company more than Byerly has. We were overcharged labor and charged for parts that were not installed on the truck. Do not use this company.

I drove 45 min to look at a truck that I'd been communicating with them on messenger and phone. I was assured it was ready for me to take a look at. They even scheduled a time so the "manager" could make sure it was ready for me. It was nowhere to be found and was finally told it was being serviced and , in fact, not available. I won't be returning. Good luck surviving.

I would give this a 5 star if I was rating the sales team, but the finance manager is a jerk. Send him to customer service classes.

Scheduled a quick oil change for 10 am. Took my boyfriends truck up here to get it done. Figured it would take at most 1 hour. Turns out they pulled the truck out of the shop and didn't get to it until 2 and a half hours into me being here. Have not been told it will be discounted yet, but if it isn't then we will NOT be returning to this dealership. Absolutely uncalled for to have to wait OVER 2 and a half hours for an oil change. Also, worth noting, there were several people in the waiting room that got here after me, who have left with their vehicles while I have also been waiting.EDIT: I am still waiting. It has now been 3 hours.
