I just had the best experience with Burdorf Interiors. I recently downsized to a condo from a larger home. I have been looking for a small kitchen set to replace my larger table. After searching multiple stores to no avail, I walked into Burdorf's. I was genuinely greeted by Antoine McCollum. I told him what I needed & he directed me to the perfect kitchen set. Knowing that I was a motivated buyer, he even offered to ask his manager for a discounted price. Joe Plunkett not only discounted the price, but offered to deliver it that same day! Since I needed to make arrangements fir my larger table to be moved, he offered to hold the set until I was ready for it. Antoine & Joe were so gracious & accommodating. Customer service & satisfaction are top priority with them. If you have not visited Burdorf Interiors lately, please do. You will not be disappointed! I know I will be back!

Marvin Dyer and Burdorf is the place to go for amazing furniture with amazing service. It was such a great experience and with Marvin’s expertise and Burdorf’s variety of furniture you can take off the floor, I furnished several rooms in my house and it’s stunning. Marvin helped me with pillows, blankets, rugs and pictures and we did it all in an evening. I can’t say enough great things about my experience. I will be shopping at Burdorf first!

Stay away! They have proven to take advantage of elderly customers that have problems 2 weeks after purchasing. Burdorfs thought wise to shift to the manufacture, now there are 2 elderly on a fixed income with faulty chairs.Shame one this company

We need a specific piece of furniture. Couldn't find a quality, well built piece anywhere. Kim, showed us several option with no pressure!!! The showroom was clean, well organized and plenty of room to walk around. I will definitely go back.

The staff here was really friendly and helpful. The furniture is nice. More modern than a lot of others. Their prices are higher than places like value city or the warehouse type of places, but I think maybe you're getting a different product than you might at those stores. They have lots of styles and customizable options. The wait times from some manufacturers is pretty long. So plan in advance!Would recommend. Pretty items, nice staff.

My first visit to Burdorf's! This location is an outlet location, and they have a retail store in St Matthews. My husband had visited a few days ago to shop for his office furniture and he also spotted some couches he thought we should consider for our personal use. The space is huge and includes items for all areas of your home. I especially enjoyed all the accent chairs available. I also noticed several fabrics for customization as well as carpet samples for rugs. I did spot a few options to consider for our home, but unfortunately the couch I loved the lost is on back order .... For 30 Weeks!!! Unbelievable, but true. Not all ideas are this slow to get, and some are available for immediate delivery. My husband was luckier for his office shelving. The store had an amazing unit marked down by over 50% plus available within 30 days, the perfect timeframe for his business move. I really appreciated our sales rep. She was very helpful but didn't hover and double checked information to ensure we had the best purchase deal. We will be back for future furniture needs and perhaps that couch despite the long wait.
