Doug is the man! Great service and products. He helped me pick out a new grill after my old one got trashed by a storm. Didn't try to upsell me - just needed something to cook food and last a long time. Same prices as the big box stores with the extra touch of free delivery and haul-a-way. Shop local, buy local. There aren't too many gems like this left.

I love shopping local at brownsboro hardware. They stock some of the best products like Benjamin Moore paint and big green egg products. The staff is always eager to help with any questions. 5 stars.

I just had Tony repair my Traeger wood-pellet grill. He did a fantastic job and was very diligent, making sure it heated up and kept the right temperature. The staff are so friendly and helpful, no matter what problems you have.

Fine place if you like to overpay. It's just that simple. You can save big $$$ elsewhere but if you like the local feel vs the big box stores then this is an ok place. Lots ...almost too many people to help. I don't recall a place that has so many employees relative to size. They pounce when you walk in. So good service and nice people. I got some propane refilled there ....holy smokes I paid 2x!! I just had to stop because I needed to save a few bucks.
